Went in one day and they didn’t have my dog’s food, my dog has allergies. I asked if they were getting more of her food in and they said yes sometime today. I went in the next morning and all four of the remaining large bags were on hold for one person to buy, they reserved them yesterday! I wasn’t asked if I would like to reserve a bag. I had to buy a small bag for $54.99 when a bag twice the size is only $20 more. If your truck comes in weekly, why would you let one person. reserve four large bags and leave other people without. Poor stocking!! This isn’t the only frustrating experience I have had at this pet store and won’t be the last I know!!

The staff are super friendly and helpful. If they don't have something in stock they try to order it in for you. They always remember to treat my pup when she comes in with me, (of course my girl is a foodie) and they carry most of the brands we regularly use.

2 stars cause you're the closest store. Only 2 stars because you guys purposely raised your prices high then that of no frills and Walmart. Gouging those who are in a tough spot to come to your business so you can over charge them for using your store. Super selfish staff as well. No one will help you with 5 cents here. They don't care. All they want is your money.

Subpar service and lack of knowledge I’m very defensive when I asked what other places are looking for a cheaper. If you want people to keep coming back be more helpful get more knowledge and most of all it’s OK to recommend another place that might have the item that you not carry. I do not recommend this place.The other Pet store BARKER’SPET SUPPLY that is by hardware store is way better and very knowledgeable and very helpful I recommend them instead
