People that think going to websites that give you multiple quotes are good haven't had the pleasure of dealing with Magda over at Cornerstone insurance. She was able to clearly explain all my options and get me a much lower rate then anyone of those multiple quotes websites. It was such a pleasant experience that I had to write this review. Wow!!! Absolutely blown away by the unmatched level of customer service i got from Magda at ext. 408. She not only managed to get me a rate much much much lower then i got from calling similar places or even from my current company that i have been with for over 8 years but she managed to do it in a very professional and super polite manner. The worst service ever. You CAN NOT get in touch with anyone. I am closing on a property and need crucial information from the insurance and they don’t answer email or phone. I used to deal with Blair insurance and since they put everything together with Brokerlink everything went downhill… seriously thinking of changing brokers

Been dealing with this broker for 8 years. Was previously Impact Broker but amalgamated with BrokerLink earlier this year. Was dealing with a very good senior account manager for 6 of the 8 years and then things fell apart last year. The representative I was dealing with in year 7 was very short with me. She was rushing through all the correspondence with me and was unresponsive. I had to continually phone back for updates. Maybe it was an off day but she did not want to handle my account anymore and shuffled me off to her colleague. No explanation, extremely unprofessional. The experience did not sit well with me at all. That was a huge red flag and I wish I went with my gut.This year is the 8th year. Decided to email the general email inbox to see who would be able to handle a simple enquiry - I wanted to shop around to see if there was a better option as the rates have been going up. That's the beauty of using a broker. No need to individually call insurance companies for quotes. Wasn't sure who was my account manager anymore. Waited almost a week with no response. Called and it's a recording saying the office is closed and to leave a message. I emailed again asking for an update. Finally got a response from a representative. Her email said to give her a call on her cell, if needed, as staff were working from home due to the pandemic.I called the cell number listed and the representative answered with, Hello?". Didn't give me a name
