Blossoms Flower Shop

While the flowers were delivered the same day, I ordered a blue and white arrangement with a beautiful blue vase. Colours I knew my mom would appreciate in sympathy over the loss of her dad, and reminiscent of my grandma.My mom received a bouquet of cream, fuschia and pink flowers in a clear vase. With pine needles. The only blue was a ribbon added. It looked nothing like the bouquet I paid $125 Canadian for.When I called, they said to send pictures. And when I sent the pictures, the reply was “Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers and plants, it is sometimes necessary to fill in flowers with equal or greater value.” And 10% back. Which I have not received.Nothing on the website suggested they could or would substitute different colours and vases. Or add a ribbon and pine needles.I would not recommend Blossom if you are hoping for the picture you order. It can look entirely different and you will be told, yep—that could happen. Consider yourself warned.For $125??? Not what I had hoped for in trying to console my mom at a distance.

Sad to say, I was upset with my arrangement. Lillies should be outlawed in Valentine’s Day bouquets. Such a poor choice of flowers.

So... looked up belleville flower shops,came across blossoms ordered a flower arrangement 5 days in advanced for my wifes birthday. recieved email and text notification saying order recieved and date confirmed. Been sitting at home all day (on wifes birthday) waiting for flowers to show. passed the deadline so figured i would call them goes straight to voice mail they are closed for 2 weeks holiday and my wifes flowers will be a week late. No notice of holidays when on thier website nor through whole ordering process. extremely upset as her actual gift has to wait as planned. if i had known that i would have brought my $150.00 somewhere else.

I appreciate their ability to accommodate a same day order/delivery, however the arrangement that was received was very underwhelming. They also have a lot of arrangements on the website that aren't available, so your best bet is to call and see what they do have.

We have ordered flowers several times from Blossoms and have always impressed with the arrangements. Recently, however, we received a bouquet which we were unhappy with. When we called the shop to tell them we felt it was not up to their usual standards, they sent a representative over the same evening to assess it. A beautiful replacement bouquet was delivered the next morning. Blossoms has cemented itself as our florist of choice with this fabulous customer service.

Barb has such a passion for delivering great, quality service! Ordered a bouquet for my mom’s birthday and they luckily offered same day delivery on a Saturday. Barb called me ahead of time to let me know she was out of certain flowers that came in the bouquet; offered some other suggestions and it turned out so beautiful!!! Thank you for your great work Barb, awesome to have people who are passionate about what they do. Would recommend to anyone looking for flowers in the area.

Don't pay attention to the high star rating. I believe this place was sold by the lady that owned it for years and earned the high star rating. I've bought flowers from her for years but now this place is a joke. Be aware that they post their prices in USD!!! Despite the fact it is a local small town Ontario shop (not a chain) so be prepared to have your card charged way more that the price online. It is run by some big call centre" type company and they will not make it right if they mess up. They completely messed up my card message despite the fact I actually typed out the message online and received a confirmation email back with my message. Yet when the flowers came they actually addressed it to the wrong person and put it from the wrong person (instead of my name I typed out!!) And only wrote half the sentence I wrote out. My wife had no idea who the flowers were to or from! Lastly

We wish we had seen the reviews by Jeff Cassidy & Colby below before ordering flowers. Take heed of their warnings. This flower shop (home studio) uses Lovingly.com, a website service for florists to funnel orders to them.1) They charge in U.S Dollars.2) They did not deliver flowers same day as promised, even though our order was placed before the deadline.3) We were not notified in a timely manner about their inability to deliver same day. Received an email at 6pm - too late to order from any other shop.4) Called next day to check status of order and was told by Lovingly.com (the call centre - you are not talking to the shop) that the order was on the truck and would be delivered that afternoon.5) Received an email 1/2 hour later that stated they were making a minor" substitution. Obviously

Shop is online only, not local. Get from a shop where they have a storefront and people to talk to.
