I never wrote a bad review before but today I feel really so disappointed last week I came for a sofa bed and two mattress and we discussed the price with the delivery and everything so today I went to the store to pay some of the money and the man told me mmm something not right he wanted to put extra money on me and my question was why would you agree on something and then change your mind like come on you were the same person he couldn't even say anything because he knew that this is his mistake anyway I don't recommend the place and please anyone who wants to buy anything from them ask and make sure first that the man won't change his mind and his sure about the word that is coming out of his mouth

Excellent customer service, and very friendly! I purchased a small rug as well and bed sheets and love the quality for the price. I recommend checking this store out!

This store deserves a lot more number of stars. Whether it's mattress,Canadian made furniture or appliances, I doubt anybody in GTA can beat their prices and above all their service is impeccable. Sam and Anna are in this business for 20+ years and I was surprised the time they give to each customer. While I was waiting comfortably on a chair, I was offered a drink and was asked twice. They beat pricing of all furniture stores who brag themselves the whole day on Radio. Their delivery guy is pretty cool and very affordable.

Nice miscellaneous items such as mats and cute stools but could improve customer service! Waited at front for ~7 minutes before someone came to check us out (not on a busy day) and no words were exchanged.

Very cooperative people. Great experience. In case you ever want to buy mattresses, this is the place. The people are warm and will help you out with everything that you need.
