THEY DO NO SPEAK ENGLISH. it is very rude if you are in Canada and speak Philippine in front of customers. They are incapable of getting an order right. You ask for toasted, it’s not. You PAY for extra cream cheese, you don’t get it, you complain to a supervisor, they speak in another language in front of you as soon as you bring up an issue. So rude. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money here. I’m sure all the 5 star ratings for this place are staff, friends of staff, or paid for their reviews…

I appreciate when things are done well.Stopped in for a late night sandwich, and it was made to perfection. Every bite was the same! Great job late shift guy, a true artisan

We used the drive thru. Had a hard time understanding what the girl was saying. Had to repeat our order 3 times.

They need to fix their mic system in the Drive-Thru and the ladies at the counter that's making coffee need to learn the one and two and threes they messed my coffee up every morning it's not one coffee that's been correct very bad service

Stopped by Tim Hortons for breakfast & coffee. The Canadian maple donut was delicious and so were the coffees, bagels and biscuits!! Definitely wouldn’t miss a stop at Tim Hortons on a trip to Canada!!

Very nice and clean Tim Horton’s located at a very convenient place in the city of Brooks. Although, we just had coffee, but we definitely enjoyed our time there. It was around 10 at night and the place was busy. They are open 24 hours. The service was prompt and staffs were good.
