I recently had the pleasure of dining at Shelby's Shawarma in London, (Masonville location) and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the customer service by Munir was top-notch.The shawarma at Shelby's was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The meat was juicy and tender, and the combination of spices and seasonings was just right. I opted for a chicken shawarma wrap and fries poutine, it was filled with generous portions of meat, fresh vegetables, and a delightful spicy garlic sauce that added an extra layer of deliciousness. The portion size was generous, leaving me satisfied and wanting more at the same time. Their pita chips and juices were also tasty and refreshingShelby's Shawarma is definitely my go-to shawarma place in London. I ordered the family box (meat shawarma). The shawarma was dry and hard. The shawarma was old and heated before the order was brought.. This was the first time I tried the restaurant, and unfortunately it will be the last.

I've been a hardcore Shelby's only fan for a few years - it's always been super consistent with tons of flavour. I've also loved their modern spins on classics. I haven't been here in a month or two and it looks like the garlic sauce was re-vamped to just mayo. The falafel was very tasteless and barely any halloumi in the halloumi quesdilla. It just tasted like bland grease. Very disappointing.

Probably the best tasting Shawarma’s I have ever had and it undoubtedly exceeded expectations. The staff is amazing and the service was also excellent. Very well prepared right in front of you and gives you a variety of choices between wraps and bowls. Too small a place to sit and relax … so would recommend patio sitting or take out option rather than the dining in which was not a great experience.
