Always make use of the drive-thru here. One of few locations of Starbucks which offer drive-thru service. Never had an experience where they've messed up my order. Always order online and pick it up. Nice customer service and good attention to the details.

This is one of my favourite Starbucks location. It is always maintained very clean, the service is always outstanding. The barista’s are always welcoming and very engaging. The drinks are always hot from the time you receive until you get to your home or work. Only downside is the parking/ drive thru area is very crowded and condensed. (That is a city issue and not the restaurant’s fault). Other than that I always get a wonderful service coming here!

Wish I could give it ZERO stars. The staff stood there chilling with some rando, didn’t bother to ask for my order till I raised my hand after several minutes of obviously waiting to order. Absolutely atrocious staff. Received an insincere apology for making me wait that long. Don’t go here if you’re looking for good service. Idk about the drive through experience, but dining in is not worth it. You’re better off with a some instant coffee and some hot water. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

A shoutout to supervisor: Sage & barista: Kathum for providing excellent customer service!Excellent customer service!!! Great location, friendly staff, busy location especially drive thru.I'm a regular customer one of the best locations in Mississauga.Customer service is extremely important to me, I really appreciate it that the staff is down to earth able to carry a conversation.Bonus points top notch customer service for correcting my blonde coffee I really appreciate it thank you!I Grade AAAAA+++++ in my book for going that extra mile!!!10/10: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Great atmosphere, good vibes, courteous, friendly, diligent, pleasant staff!I'll continue to give them my business.I highly recommend this location.

This location is relatively new as it replaced the old Coffee Time ( Thank GOD !!!). Some reviewers have had some hit and miss issues at this location.Perhaps I am fortunate because all of my orders have been spot on and my drinks have been some of the best tasting drinks among the many Starbuck locations I have visited.I am especially impressed because I always order EXTRA HOT from all other locations and they are friggin always warm to luke warm.....I just don't get it....throw me bone here people.But this location delivers it perfectly. I ask for extra hot and my drink is extra hot. Kudos to the staff who are always friendly and courteous.This a rocket of the line drive triple just landing fair by the foul line in left field !!!

My gf and I are big fan of Starbucks.Today my gf get her birthday drink - mango dragon fruits with coconut milk. And they gave her a cup of coconut milk and ice. They ran out mango dragon fruit, that’s fine. BUT why don’t you tell her that you don’t have it? We would change to another drink which you guys still have it available. A cup of coconut milk and they told her it taste the same as the original drink. When I saw the drink which is pure white I be like wth???? It’s ridiculous, at least it made me laugh so hard because it taste so such.Thank you. Never come back.

Good coffee, a double-double here is probably closer to a single-single but it tastes great. My wife loves their green tea and my daughter always wants us to bring her here.The parking/drive-through leave something to be desired if you own a large vehicle.

On Canada day in the afternoon I used your drive through to get a coffee while I experienced a rude and disrespectful behaviour by your black employee but apparently that's not the end of story, he also didn't close the lit properly and later I noticed there is coffee on my shirt and in the cup holder.
