Our office furnace ducts were frozen and we gave them a call and they arrived within an hour and immediately fixed the problem.It was almost -50 degrees outside so I imagine they were already having an extremely busy day so it was nice that they were here so quickly.Super friendly staff.

We've used Winkler Plumbing and Heating twice at our local school division recently. They did a great job of a difficult attic ducting repair and did it with a good attitude. Just this weekend they assisted us in a basement flooding situation at a school and they responded within a 1/2 hour on the weekend and were instrumental in preventing damage to critical infrastructure. Henry and his staff went above and beyond monitoring the situation through the night. Very impressed with our experience with them so far!

I had an extremely high hydro bill which didn't make sense to me because I have a Geothermal unit. I asked Henry about it, he sent Sheldon to take a look. He did a thorough inspection on it and found that the thermostat was set incorrectly. This resulted in my energy bills dropping by 27%. I wish I had had them there 12 years sooner. Great guys to work with!!
