I have had 10 visits in 3 months to have injections in my spine to deal with chronic issues. Through all that time I’m sure I’ve met almost everyone! This on days when I am in extreme pain and not at my best. The staff has been professional, personable and extremely kind. The in-office communication to deal with mix-ups from my doctors has been incredible and I always walk out with knowing that I’m receiving the best possible care. In an environment where I know the doctors have a busy schedule to keep they take the time to talk to you and make sure your doctor is getting the information back they need moving forward. It’s a 40 minute drive for me to get to this clinic as I live outside the city but I will continue to use this clinic for all my needs because of the care I received from the first phone call, front desk service and treatments. Well done team!

I just hate the way I was attended to. I had mammogram and ultrasound but because I don’t drive it took me time to locate the building. No one on the road to ask. I called diagnostic centre to help me tell them in this office why I’m late but they are not considerate. Even if I was late for the first exam, I am not late for the second one. They could have just done the second one for me but they are so mean to me and told me to re-book for both. I knew of a diagnostic centre who attended to a lady for her second exam when she was late for the first one. I have a mistrust for this centre. The receptionist and staff who talked to me are too mean to me.

I visited here for a regular checkup today. Getting a hospital checkup in Canada is not easy and comfortable for me because English is not my first language and my English is not so good. Moreover, when I had a checkup at another hospital two years ago, the staff there were so unfriendly and rude, so going to the hospital is always a burden to me. But today here, I felt a similar comfort to what I felt at the hospital in my hometown. The staff were relatively kind, especially the staff who tested the ultra-sound was so kind. She spoke a little slowly and kindly with a clear pronunciation for me who was not good at English and treated me with a bright and warm smile until the end. It was the best hospital I wanted to visit again next time, and I also want to actively recommend it to my friends around me.

I went to Calgary Women’s Imaging Center on Richard Way for a Mammogram. Tiffany the receptionist was totally accommodating and very helpful. Love her personality she’s super friendly and kind. Then Banafshe mammogram tech she was friendly and warm, guided me through the steps. She was very gentle and made me feel so comfortable. These ladies made my experience a pleasant one considering how I feel about these appointments. I highly recommend anyone wanting a great experience to visit these amazing ladies!

The Womens Imaging centre is a 10/10! I have been going here for many years and I am glad I did . In January the radiologist caught something on my mammogram and saved my life! I was diagnosed with ductal carcinoma and as of today cancer free! I owe a lot to Dr. Stamm and the staff who were absolutely amazing , patient, friendly and answered all of my questions. Thank you! Had a procedure here today and was nervous. A wonderful DI tech named Alex was absolutely fabulous. She calmed me down and made me feel not so anxious. She further provided information to me to seek out other modalities and treatment for my condition. Thank you So much.A big shout out to the ladies at the front desk whom are doing a great job in the Covid environment.

I’ve come here multiple times for breast ultrasound and will continue to do so. Front desk staff is friendly and accommodating- I was in the middle of a name change last time I visited and they offered to change it on their end. The technicians will make you feel comfortable and informed too.

We visited this center for ultrasound. Our experience was not pleasant. Although the reception staff was very good, technical staff was very rude with my wife. She didn't answer our questions and was rude in any of the replies. We feel that a patient is very sensitive when she comes for any test and hence staff should be well trained not only from technical aspect but also from behavioral aspect. We hope every patient should be treated with some empathy and respect.

This was my first mammogram in which can be pretty daunting. The tech was AMAZING!! Super helpful and VERY knowledgeable. She made a very high anxiety process smooth and flawless. She deserves a huge raise!! She is meant for this line of work.
