Sukhi is the consummate professional. When my AC broke in 2018, Sukhi came to visit and examined it twice. He gave me a free estimate and laid out several options—from possible repairs to a compete replacement. After a year, I decided to replace my AC, and Sukhi removed the old unit and replaced it in a single afternoon. At the end of September, he visited us again to ensure the AC was functioning properly and maintained well. He visited us yet again the following year, just before the end of the warranty. He checks in at least twice a year to ensure our system is functioning properly. I cannot recommend Active Heat highly enough: his work and product are top notch, his customer skills are impeccable, and I have no doubt that in the unlikely event my AC malfunctions, he’ll be there to fix it promptly.
