The team at Go Glass was awesome. I drove from out of town. They offered to drive me to a coffee place or if I had been closer, to home. They were short staffed that day and I still got my rear window replaced faster than expected. Second time it was repaired by them, will come back when it happens a third time. Thank you.

Professional, efficient and good natured to deal with. They replaced my broken Audi door window regulator, in no time. Their shop time charge was far less than what I would have had to pay at the Audi dealership. Highly recommended.

While at my grandson's baseball tournament on the weekend, a foul ball hit my rear window and completely shattered it. I contacted Go! Glass on my mechanic's recommendation and found them (Shawn) to be kind, courteous and very helpful. I waited for the repair/cleanup to be completed. The new window looks great and has withstood a few thunderstorms since then! While awaiting completion of the replacement, I used their washroom facilities, which were clean, and accessible. Thank you, Shawn and Go! Glass.

Service was great! They made everything so easy! I was told to drop in anytime and that my windshield repair would only take 20 min and I'm pretty sure it was done in 10! They made me realize insurance would cover a stone chip and they dealt with insurance for me! I definitely recommend Go Glass! - Justine Dunn

Shawn is fantastic to deal with, he really makes for an amazing experience. I've now dealt with him twice and will continue to come here for future needs. I drive 1 hour to come specifically to this location because I like their customer service. They also have a tint professional available compared to other locations which is an added bonus. I personally travel past 3 go glass locations just to come here. You won't be disappointed.

Very frustrating experience. Called to confirm warranty on windshield from last time which they confirmed 100% guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle. Brought the car in and they charged me over $500 because they had to replace the windshield rather than repair it but did not bother to have a conversation with me before proceeding.
