I went here for a repair on my Tesla Model 3. They are almost exclusively handling Tesla's since it's rare to be accredited for ICBC repairsGreat service overall. I had to come back due to a misalignment on the door handle. I gave a ballpark of when I would show up and ended up being 3 hours early, but without hesitation they addressed it as soon as I got thereWould recommend to anyone needing to repair their Tesla

not happy with my tesla collision repair at all. 4 months of waiting for a small rear end accident. Taillight seal is not put it in proper. I have the black badge in the tailgate, manger told me I have to purchase one myself, because is aftermarket. Called and confirmed with icbc, they have no problem cover aftermarket badge.

Phenomenal experience at Automind. Kenny was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, he helped me out with my insurance claim and returned my car to me in the best condition it has EVER BEEN during my ownership.They even placed disposable floor mats for me to keep my interior clean aswell!20/10!!! If something ever happens to my car, I will ONLY bring it here from here on out!Thank you Kenny for a wonderful experience!

I took my car in to get repaired for an ICBC-related claim. Ben and Kenny were fantastic and made the process effortless on my end. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and answered all my questions. The car came back looking better than the day it came off the lot. I have a Tesla and took my vehicle in for a broken mirror. I called several times prior to the appointment to ask questions and they were always very helpful and friendly. They we took it in and they were able to complete the repair within about 15 minutes of getting there (we expected maybe an hour) and when we went to pay, they said it was on the house! My wife and I were shocked and very thankful. This kind of service is unheard of, these guys are truly amazing and really made our week. If we could give them better than 5 stars we would!
