I had purchased an LS2 Valiant Motorcycle helmet July 2021 and used it throughout the remainder of the riding season; Fast forward to May 2022 and riding season resumedWhile out riding, there was an issue with the helmet and the visor ended up snapping offI brought the helmet back to Alsport and explained the situationWithout hesitation, the Staff searched to see if they had another helmet in stock, unfortunately there were none in the storeOrdering it in would take > 1 monthThey refunded me the full purchase price and suggested I choose another helmet that was in stock; which I didNote the helmet that I selected for replacement was cheaper than the LS2 and they then refunded me the differenceI don't think they had to do this, but nevertheless, they did!Great Customer service on this one!!It's nice to see that Alsport Sales will back up the product lines they carry when situations such as this arise

Upon asking if they had any Sur ron Accessories, I was asked Why do you need any? “Why would anyone want different foot pegs”After telling me he had put super moto wheels on his Sur Ron.I didn’t ask him why would anyone do that, I just said I was interested.still no prices from him no help!!Been coming here for years any this is why I only buy oil!!!Never again!! Be PoliteI will deal in Swift Current from now on!

Service department has been great to me over the years. Very honest, will only do what is necessary, when it’s necessary, not just when the manual says. Just got an air filter replaced on my 2018 Goldwing, their price was reasonable, considering the nightmare that job is. I’ve read several people say they were charged more than twice as much as I paid to have it done. They also get close enough to online tire prices to make me keep getting all my tires and other work done there. Always have brake pads and other stuff that comes up in stock if needed. Parts and service guys know their stuff.

The service guy I talked to got all bent out of shape when I told him I didn't want a 280 dollar battery and I would get it somewhere else, then proceeded to act like a little baby when I asked him questions about what was wrong with my bike, how long to get parts ect.. Basically didn't want to give me the time of day. This place is the worst dealership Ever!! I should have never spent 14k on a bike from these goofs! Not to mention when I bought the bike they gave it to me with an empty tank!

Incredible buying experience, up front and honest. No added documentation fees and stayed 30 minutes after closing to help me get all suited up in gear. Darcy is the man! Only wish they also carried new Yamaha and Ski Doo as my brands of choice.

The customer service at Alsport Sales has me coming back time and time again! Darcey is awesome to deal with when looking for a new bike, as he himself is also an avid rider! When it comes to parts, Donald is your guy! He will take good care of you and makes life stress free! Thanks to the team at Alsport, you guys make life too easy! It’s comforting to know that I’ve found my dealer for life!

I traded a KLX against a Honda Rebel, I felt I got a decent price for the trade, Darcy treated me well and looked after the entire process. Brad in service is awesome to deal with. I definitely recommend this dealership based on both sales and service.
