I brought my mom here for cortisone injection for her knee. The petite lady with short brunette hair was responsible for performing the xray portion.This technican was very rude and inpatient...inisisting to make my mom stand and balance for the xray even though she is a senior and disabled. Then when my mom couldn't keep her balance, the technican got upset and said well! We HAVE to put her on the table now." She then proceeded abruptly move my mom's leg around....exercising no patience or gentleness at all.Not only did we feel rushed

We felt it was important to give a review.An appointment was supposed to be booked at this location for a bone scan. We were unaware that it was booked at the south side location in error.We were greeted by Wendy at the front desk who immediately spoke to Amber to see if anything could be done to accommodate my mom. If not, we would have to rebook at this location as she in a wheelchair and transportation is only one of the issues she faces.Turns out, they were able to complete the process for the scan start to finish and send the results off to her Dr. This process takes approximately 4 hours and they had to make sure they have the staff.We appreciate the extra effort that was taken and thank both ladies as well as the others that were involved. Everyone we met in that office was very kind. This meant a lot.

I was 15 minutes late and thought I would have to rebook, but they squeezed me in. I only waited 5 minutes and was taken back for my mammogram. The staff were great and the place was clean. I will be back.

I went in for a testicular ultrasound, and while the process of getting entered in for my appointment went well, the appointment itself did not.An additional sonagrapher came in to assist the first in what I can only guess we're better images (they left me in the dark), and then the radiologist came in, and asked me own question about if my testicular position was like this on the past for me. He didn't clarify his concern or why there were now 3 puzzled looking staff on the room.Also, I heard the only laughter I heard while in the room, after the first two sonographers left, and after all 3 left. No male laughter (the doctor was male) was heard, however. I was slightlyreluctant to go due to the nature of the ultrasound; I would be more-so in the future.

Yesterday experience was 10/10. I did not wait at all. As soon as I registered with a very friendly receptionist I was taken inside. Nurse helped me to feel comfortable and get me ready for my injection. The cherry on the cake was my doctor and his technician. They made me feel very, very comfortable. Procedure was quick and not so painful. This was my 8-th cortisone injection and trust me I have seen and experienced a lot. Thank you so much for your professionalism and care.

Kaitlyn was the most professional and sweetest ultrasound technician I've ever had. She made sure I was comfortable and was very good at communicating! The front receptionists were also very kind!

terrible experience. doctor unwilling to listen. just rush you through like cattle. I was there for cordizone shot in hip.told me how it felt would not accept what I was trying to explain about the pain I've been there three times, once only once was my experience close to being called acceptable. i only went there because of my limited mobility . will do everything possible to go somewhere else if i can. do not use these people. it's those few who ruin the experience and they have too many of them.

I arrived about half an hour early. I checked in and just sat down, and they took me in right away.Staff were very pleasant, explained the procedure for my injection of cortisone. Took me to the x-ray room. The doctor was very prompt. He again went over the procedure did my injection and was asked several times by staff if I was doing OK. Doctor took time after to answer any questions that I had.Very impressed.
