Canadian Tire
These folks at the Waterdown Canadian Tire are really great. I called for a diagnostic for my ‘check engine’ light. They didn’t really have time but squeezed me in because I had a long drive ahead. Great advice after the diagnostic. They never recommend work that isn’t necessary and work I’ve had done is always reasonable. Thanks to Wayne for all his help!

This will be the only Canadian tire store I visit from now on. I’ve been to other ones that only have self checkout and don’t take cash in the mornings and you can never find a human worker when you need help.I went in on a Sunday to Waterdown and had the best experience at a major retailer I’ve had in a longtime.I walk in and was met by a knowledgeable greeter who directed me to what I need.Paid at a a cashier with cash and didn’t have to self checkout. Then when I’m leaving , I see the manager moving carts . All this on a Sunday.Canadian Tire head office and other major retailers take note. We want real people and real service for us to continue shopping and paying the inflated prices we pay.

Had a great experience once again from the team at CT Auto-service at Waterdown. They went above and beyond reacting quickly to my car issue and got it fixed way faster then expected!!!! It was amazing to seem the team work they demonstrated to get this done ✅I love how friendly and approachable everyone is at this auto desk. They don’t make you feel dumb, they are genuinely happy to you solve a problem . Nice job guys

I’ve been going to Canadian tire for the last 13 years since I moved to waterdown. Five years ago I bought a new car and had bumper to bumper from Mazda on the car… so didn’t use Canadian tire as much only for things that wasn’t under warranty. But dealing with Mazda really opened my eyes realizing what a great team Canadian tire has. It’s hard to trust mechanics as a woman. But I totally trust the Canadian tire team and have many reasons to back that up. Will continue to go there, love the team that is there. they’re honest, kind and like minded.

Bad experience with customer service at the automotive department. Why accept a vehicle and promise it will get done and 3 hours later they advise you to pick the car up, not attended to at all. The manager needs to look into this matter.

Finally!!! I went in to a Canadian Tire store, they had the stock they said they did online and real live (human) cashiers, what a bonus .The contrast to the Fairview Burlington store is mind blowing, even though that’s way closer for me, I will no longer be going there. The last 4 times I’ve been they didn’t have the items they said they did online, I know, I’m a slow learner.The best thing about my experience today was Melissa in the garden centre, super helpful, polite and noticeably happy, I thought how rare, needs a review. Hey boss, give her a pay raise.

Recently needed a safety inspection on my motorcycle. I called around at least 7 other Canadian Tires and this is one of the few that has a motorcycle mechanic on site.The service manager was incredibly friendly and helpful and got me in the next day!This young man at the service desk had amazing customer service and you can clearly see he wants to help the customers.Great job CT Waterdown!

Large expansive store. Went in to get tires swapped however it was first come first serve.They had more business than they could handle and could not promise the completion of the work they had in hand for the day.An hour's work could potentially be delivered in 2 days.So I took my business elsewhere ...
