Went through Drive Thru, got parked without my drink. Guy brought out my food and not drink, said he was going to go grab it and immediately forgot about me. After 5 mins, had to ask another employee to get my drink...

Like this location for drive thru or eat in. Very clean inside. Good food. Often go down the street into the river valley park area to eat in nice weather (particularly with children).

I asked the 18-20 kid to stop spraying the tables as I was eating, and he says to me: 'I am just doing my job'! I have no idea what chemicals contaminated my food? I will never eat there again. My your job depends on customers, kid!

As far as fast food goes, this is better tasting and higher quality, in my opinion. It’s a bit more expensive than other FF places but still a cheap meal. The new rootbeer slush with sweet cream is very tasty!

The worst service of all. I ordered lunch for three people on drive thru, they told us to pull at the front so they would bring it outside, waited 10 mins, no one came out, went inside to grab the order, gave it to me and got half of my order. Specially when I asked to double check the order. The young white skinny dude made fun of our accent while the microphone and speaker was on. Where is the professionalism. It wasn’t even busy, who knows what they do, when its busy. It took them five mins for an iced latte. Worst service I have ever received. Owner or management needs to look at people being made fun of while they order.

Order 4 Chipotle wraps and ask to use the bathroom.Seems they forgot to make my other 2 wraps whilst I pateintly waited, seemingly to blame it on the way the computer puts it on the screen.They prepared the meals with no tongs or gloves, making it tough to eat without thinking about it.Overall, I've eaten a&w my whole life and still enjoy it.

The new A&W brew bar is dangerously delicious! No ice chunks, not watered down flavor, big sizes! Frozen root beer with a sprinkle of sweet creme. Delish!!!
