They were very accommodating when I booked my appointment and let me know right away that my tires were badly worn and would need to be replaced. I was provided with the cost of this service, however not being financially prepared at this time to get them done, I was not made to feel badly in any way. The service took the amount of time specified and the people who helped my were very kind.

Had an amazing experience with this dealership in getting our new car! The sale was a bit urgent on our end, as our car had unfortunately just been written off. Even so, we didn't feel pressured at all. The salesman, John, was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we didn't feel pressured and were absolutely satisfied with the purchase. He recommended we test-drive a few different vehicles so that we could be certain of our decision and not have that nagging what if" feeling down the road :) The financial advisor

Excellent and speedy response by the employees. Greg and Chantal provided a great customer service. Options to choose 10yrs warranty for a new vehicle for a minimal payment was excellent.Greg was super speedy in response for my queries and a very friendly person. I had a super positive experience from them and I love my KIA Carnival. Would definitely recommend Moncton KIA for others too.

My recent experience with Kia Moncton Service dept was great!I showed up at the dealership unannounced with an engine issue. From beginning to end, Sue Cormier was really helpful, professsional and pleasant to deal with. The engine had to be replaced under warranty. Sue kept us updated and informed every step of the way. The engine was ordered and replaced in a matter of days!! I also got to meet the Service Dept manager Darren which was also helpful and pleasant to deal with. Sue and Darren are assets to this dealership in my opinion, they both have loads of experience and know how to treat customers right. Thank you for making this experience less stressful.

My experience has been so terrible I can’t even begin to tell you still waiting after a week with my car sitting filling a space in their parking lot. They were told by the company that provides my extended warranty to overnight my parts since they have screwed me for days on end and yet they still have not done that and I am still waiting on my car. If you are smart you will find another dealership do not bring your car to this service department !!!!

Probably one of the best experiences, if not the best I've had with a car company.I've been to many dealers in the past weeks as I was in search of a vehicle and let me tell you this, the service I've got at Moncton Kia was so much more professional, friendly, detail oriented than anywhere else in the industry.Chantal, the finance director was diligent and friendly, she made sure everything was easy and the whole team was welcoming and polite.But kudos to the sales consultant Josiah who went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect, even after the sale. Greg was a great salesperson as we searched for our new vehicle. Attentive and because of his attention to detail and to our requirements he was able to find just the right vehicle for us. Ordered after viewing several models and delivery was relatively quick considering the new vehicle backlogs of today. Greg was awesome throughout the entire experience. He didn't pressure me into the sale and he updated me every step of the way during the process of ordering my vehicle (which arrived far sooner than expected!)Chantal in the finance department deserves a shoutout too.
