Good service from staff. Ready to give you advice.

Got some earth for the garden, and had a question about the ratio of earth to fumier. It took some time since the garden expert was on lunch break, but the workers who were on place took the time to carefully answer the question for us by looking it up on the internet. At this point it was faster for me to google it on my phone. But the care the workers had to help us find the answer and them loading the bags in the car was worth the five stars regardless. Very professional. I am please with the price and service. Would definitely go again.

Amazing service and kind people!

I rarely take the time to right any type of reviews. However, this time I had to !!!I went to the Rona Saint Francois Laval with my elderly father 2 days ago. Both of were trying to work on a DIY project and had no idea how to go about it. Melanie (at the client services station) helped us figure it all out with great tips. Some of the materials that we needed was not available at that particular Rona. Melanie went the extra step and called another Rona store to make sure that they had it in stock and ready for us for pickup. I was VERY impressed!!!Needless to say that I went back to that store multiple times after that. Each time I received great customer service Kudos to the Rona St Francois team!!! Many could learn a lot from you guys!Thanks again for all your help!Yana

The personel needs to improve their professionalism ! I have been purchasing from this store for years, but the quality of the employees have diminished considerably. Moreover, the clients are no longer the priority, cashiers have no knowledge of basic English and lack finess. However I have nothing negative to say about the inventory of the store.C'est vraiment dommage!
