BODYFRIEND (按摩椅) Massage Chair

Customer service and delivery team very professional.The sales staff spent a lot of time with my parents to determine a chair that's suitable for them (we ended up buying their mid price chair because that's was best for my parents size and need. The sales didn't try to up sell my parents for the most expensive one because it really wasn't something that was suitable for them).The delivery team was also very professional because they've told my parents several times about the need for the size of the door in order to get the chair through the door and somehow my parents still messed it up... When the delivery team got there they realized the entrance was too narrow and my parents was measuring the door frame and not the clearance width... The delivery team was very patient with my parents about the mistake and they ended up taking down (and putting back) 2 doors for my parents to complete this delivery.Very professional staff and great product that met our needs!

The massage chair is 5 star so this was not why the 2 star rating. The 2 star rating was for the Financing portion. I have 1/2 million credit in the bank, make over $100,000/year and had a great credit rating. I just had a lot of time wasted on waiting for financing and time filling out forms and travelling to the Credit Union.For some reason, the place that finances this, did not let me finance the massage chair for some odd reason they could give me a reason as to why. The actual finance company comes out of the US so I have no idea what their issues are when you can't contact them directly. I ended up paying around $9k in cash for the Palace II which I love.The Chair is Korean, which means they are excellent quality, the massage Company is Korean and also the Credit Union they deal with is also Korean but I'm not sure about the US Bodyfriend financing company they use.The Credit Union was very friendly, the Customer service at Bodyfriend, was a little less friendly and to the point. The delivery guys were very friendly and great guys so I gave them a great tip.

I bought the Palace II a couple weeks ago and I love it! It is extremely comfortable and the massage features have definitely helped with my muscle soreness. It pretty much has everything that I was expecting out of a luxury massage chair plus more. If I had space, I would buy another one.The staff were also incredibly friendly, patient and helped answer all my questions which I appreciated.

Went to couple massage chair places in Vancouver ，The staff of BODYFRIEND was very nice. Tried 2 models over there, like the Phantom model best which has both heating and cooling. A little bit pricey but can pay off in 3yrs with no interests, totally worth it!!! Wait for my massage chair arrives..

Came into store to try one of the chairs and sales associate said I couldn’t sit on a chair she kept saying no when I asked if I could she said I had to make an appointment to sit on a chair. Are you serious? One person was in the store with 6 chairs available . Bad service wouldn’t buy from here.

I saw this at my friend's house who bought it in June, and fell in love with it ever since, and decided to purchase one myself. Had to wait a couple of months because they were sold out TT TT but my patience paid off!

I recently purchased the Marvel Hug Chair set and so far it has been perfect! It gives great massages and I may even consider upgrading to the full body massage chair soon. The staff were all friendly and informative and they delivered quickly. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a massage chair.

I bought the hug chair and I do not regret it, one of my best purchases. The staff here are also super helpful and helped me choose between the different models. I recommend coming here if you need a luxury massage chair.
