Inland Spring and Axle is a complete lifesaver! While traveling with our Ram 2500 and a 28-foot travel trailer, we encountered an issue where the truck indicated that the trailer wasn't connected, rendering the trailer brakes inoperable. With challenging grades ahead on our journey back to California, we needed a solution urgently. Upon contacting Ram Parts, they recommended Inland Spring and Axle, assuring us they could diagnose the problem, inspect the wiring, or provide the necessary adapter. We called them immediately and were told to bring our vehicle in. The team at Inland Spring and Axle was incredibly friendly and helpful. They quickly tested the truck (which turned out fine) and discovered that three of the braking wires were broken underneath the trailer. Without delay, they swiftly repaired the wiring and got us back on the road. Moreover, they took the time to come out and offer us valuable towing tips. I had a gooseneck hitch installed in my truck yesterday and they did SUCH a good job. Really professional, took the time to make everything really neat and tidy and the install is perfect! I'm thrilled with it. The hitch they use has everything able to lie flat in the truck box when not in use and the safety chain hooks are spring loaded and hide into the bed also. So so impressed!!
