Over the last month and a half my girlfriend has tried to book a road test with you. She has come in 2-3 times per week on average, on the dates that your staff requested. Each time she has been turned away with excuses of scheduling mix up’s & inability to book ahead of time etc. She arrives today for the 20th time in hopes of booking the exam & is told that the schedule is full and she cannot be booked in town. How the hell do you manage to become fully booked if you are inable to book people. (As per your staff’s excuse). Complete waste of time, done playing games with this bush league operation. Oh, and get an answering machine...
