BELFOR Property Restoration

We recently experienced a flood in our home. I am grateful that our insurance company contacted Belfor to manage the remediation. Wes and his entire team were great to work with. Because of their fast and expert response we avoided mould and saved our hardwood floors. I would not hesitate to recommend Belfor.

Justin: from day one Justin was extremely professional. He was mindful to our feelings and very respectful of our possessions. Thus far he is responsive and makes himself available when needed. The workers he supervised were very quick and clean. Each day the demo crew left a clean worksite.Betty: we attended the Scarborough warehouse to review our items and Betty was compassionate and helpful. She too was mindful of our loss items we appreciated her very much. Raphael was also helpful. All in all my experience this far has been a positive one.

Belfor Property Restoration was in charge of our condo repairs after a heavy storm flooded our unit. All of our hardwood floors were to be replaced as well as carpet cleaned. Not only was communication poor between their staff, but so was the craftsmanship of the work when it was completed. This resulted in their crews having to come back 3 times to fix/replace both the hardwood floors and carpet. The crews also showed up late costing us time and money being away from work. When the crews replaced the baseboard and quarter round, not only did they not brings the right materials with them (twice), they didn't line up any cuts so they joined nicely and left sawdust covering our balcony, as well as paint on our brand new floors. When the crews came to clean our carpets they left them dirtier when they left. When they came back the second time, the used way to powerful a machine ripping out the fibres of the carpet. What had should have been a 3 day job to completed has now taken a total of 9 days over the span of 5 months. I wish our insurance company had never used Belfor Property Restoration. What was already a huge inconvenience turned into a disaster working with this company.

Excellent work done from Terrence and crew from Belfor. Very polite and friendly, cleaned up every single bit of mess that was made. No damage done to my property. Keep up the good work crew.

Horrible company. Would not let them on my door steps much less my house. Damaged my property and poor workmanship. Would not recommend using them based on my experience and then work done in my house.

Looks like the service here has gone downhill. Used them for my business 3 years ago and it was an alright experience, this time they sent out what looks to be a highschool student that doesn't know whats going on properly. People like that should be working in McDonalds .
