We started working with Anthony Caputo to find our dream home, we told him exactly what we were looking for and knew there would be a wait considering we wanted a half acre lot with a 3-5 level back split with a few other must haves including a budget friendly price tag. He was so patient with us and understanding as we continuously asked him to walk through house after house and he was happy to do so even knowing they wouldn’t check off our must haves as he really took the time to listen and understand what we wanted. Anthony truly cared and wanted us to love the house and so his patience paid off when he found us our forever home .. he even got it for us for under a hundred thousand under asking which was some insane negotiating on his part; At the same time he sold our old house in under 5 days. This agent has a heart of gold and put his all into finding us the perfect home, and sold ours for a great price. On top of all that, he helped us find an inspector and literally walked us through the stressful moments of buying and selling and he truly was really there for us. Moving is a stressful process and we were so blessed to have had him on our side. Through this process we have made a lifelong friendship and we would have him as an agent a million times if he hadn’t already found us our forever home. We couldn’t recommend him enough.
