I met Dr. ing at the emergency room and he told me that I need to book an appointment for my gallbladder removal last Christmas. However, after calling the reception several times, they finally picked up my call on January 18. The receptionist supervisor’s dismissive attitude towards me has delayed my operation to the point where my condition has increased in severity. Dr.ing asked her to help me book the surgery but she refused and told me that she’ll call me within a month.Since that appointment, I went to the emergency several times within the next month. I don’t know if the problem is my English or my race. But when I went to North York General, they prioritized me due to the severity of my condition. And I was able to book the surgery within two weeks.

Dr Pallister performed emergency umbilical hernia obstruction surgery on my son on Friday Jan 20, 2023. She did an excellent job. She is a very caring, talented surgeon with keen eye for detail and surgical precision. She takes deep interest in her work and her patients. Thank you Dr Pallister for treating my son.
