Well this is a year long adventure with a Real Estate Sales Agent who's persistence paid off and gave us the best experience of buying a home under very trying, situations that developed.We had listed our home over a year ago for sale and unfortunately we missed the market and took it back off. Max Bourque did not stop, in sending us up to date information and homes for SALE In the Moncton NB market. When we decided to list again this year we chose to have Max involved with our purchase and it was a whirlwind sale 30 day closure on our end this time, and then over to Max to find us a home. He jumped on it with vigor and had places lined up for us to see on our arrival by plane 2 weeks later. Some were already gone before we arrived and in a day long search we found a new unfinished home under construction, Max as always grabbed ahold of the situation, speaking directly with the builder to see if the closing dates would in fact work, and he was able to get a closure very close to what we needed. This happening on the Saturday with the signing and doesn't he call us to have us meet him and the builder on Monday morning to pick all the colors, flooring, cabinets etc, what a whirl wind day.Then just before the move in date the wheels came loose and there were problems with the city, Nb Power etc. Undaunted he kept on top of everything, and at the end, resulted in our getting in our new home and happy to do so. He is truly the agent you want on your purchase as well and we recommend him highly.Have Max on your team too
