Helpful , honest and goes the extra mile. We bought a used gas lawn mower from them today. Amazing staff. They even delivered it to us … wow. Reminds us of how service used to be. Shop local, give them a chance to win your business, you will be glad ya did.

I heard the owner is quite rude and never apologizes. I read the reviews on here and wow. Was a rude person he is. I wont bring my stuff to him to repair.

We have been customers of BJ's for over 30 years, using his service for Lawn mowers, snowblowers, skate sharpening and assorted small appliances. He is an extremely honest individual who will fix, what can be fixed and fix it properly!He will also tell you straight up if the tool is not worth fixing.Reading some of these reviews made me laugh, not sure who they are talking about? Maybe crank down the sensitivity knob" a bit and appreciate he is often juggling the phone

Brought in 2 mowers for tune up and a belt repair. Picked up 3 days later and the job was done to perfection. On time and on budget Excellent service!

I have used the services of BJs Fix-it Shop several times. Each time, I have been more than pleased. The staff are pleasant, very capable and helpful. Today I had the lawnmower in for service. It was picked up yesterday, delivered back to us today - delivery person was great - and the service was excellent. I will always use their services.

0ur 10-yo Ariens snowblower needed a tune-up, so I called the folks at BJ's St. Albert to check if they could help. Owner Brian quoted me for the service expected, then diligently arranged pickup that same day. He then assessed the machine the next morning, acquired the parts (using resourceful means to keep the cost down on my broken choke lever), and had the machine back to my driveway in less than 2 business days. I am pleased with the workmanship, the rapid turnaround time, and the reasonable price. I will be bringing my family's other small engine needs to this little shop. So great to find a local business that is honest and attentive like BJ's!

I brought my snow blower in about 4 years ago and they did a great job. I will be going back to see them next week with another job. I am grateful they are so close to us. Thanks!

BJ does incredible work and is great at communicating. I would choose BJs Fixit over anywhere else. They are very reasonable, if you experience otherwise, just ask to talk to BJ and he’ll get things straightened out. He’s a beauty.

They fixed more than I asked for which would have been good if they had mentioned pricing at any point or how long it would take to get to my bike.They also failed to check if the tube inflates before saying my bike was ready for pick up only to have me leave it another day or two while they replace the tube which they damaged.

This is the only place I know of that offers a reasonable price for a bicycle tune-up. Inexpensive and reasonably quick, excellent service. I'd recommend this shop to anyone.
