Why don’t people book online!? Everyone complains of wait times and never getting appointments. Every time I’ve needed to go I’ve booked online within a week!?

I booked an appointment and was handled very swiftly. Kind and friendly staff.

Made a profile on my Care Compass but due to a system glitch I couldn't log on. Once able to talk to support Amanda deleted corrupted account. I was able to make new profile immediately and book appointment. No matter the IT company nothing beats good customer service should anything go wrong. Amanda made 1 star review turn to 5.

Moving to 100% appointment only was quite a change for me. But it does work well for patients and staff. It does avoid the crunch times and indeterminate waits. The last minute book my place feature was an improvement but didn’t scale with the heavy load at this site. Big downside is that you need to book weeks in advance. Good for standing orders but I can’t see it working well for everyone.Never had problems with the staff. Always friendly and helpful.

The wait times listed by this location are a complete joke. Even if you use save my spot, expect a long wait - after my estimated wait time on the app was at 0 for 20 minutes, it shot up to 50 minutes with no explanation. I've used this location multiple times as it's close by, but I could have walked to and from the further location by this point. Will definitely avoid in the future.

Great staff and service. I get anxious a little when i see needles. Brianna's great sense of humor helped me a lot! She's so welcoming and friendly. I believe she is a great asset to your organization!! Thanks Brianna

Wonderful staff! I came in as a walk-in to have my blood taken which is not as easy process as I have an extreme phobia of needles. Everyone was very kind and understanding and it was quick and painless. The wait time was only half of what I was expecting and the social distancing measures were very efficient with great communication to the patients.

been going there for a long time, always great service people don't realize how much they do, they are part of the Medical world , always when I leave I tell them thank you for you care, thank you all Pierre again and again, great service from all the ladies pleasure to go there. another pleasant time at the lab, bunch of fun ladies, wont go anywhere else Thank you girls for the great care

I have gone to many Life Labs but Burnside is the best! There is never a waiting list of people, the Staff are so friendly. curtious, well protected with masks and a huge hug to all that work there for the outstanding thoughtfulness and compassion for Seniors.

My experience with this laboratory was horrendous.I did an appointment for my partner and me to take a blood test two weeks in advance (app. scheduled for Oct 31, 2020).We arrived at Burnside Lab at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid any setbacks.Once there, we waited in a long line waiting to be called at some point. After 15 minutes of waiting, I decided to ask the procedures for people who did an appointment (since no one, absolutely no one from the laboratory went outside during the meantime we were there).The door was locked. I waited for someone to come out to ask about the procedures. It is good to reinforce that at any moment I did not enter the laboratory (at all times I was wearing a mask and stood outside). The person who was there was extremely rude and told me to wait in line (even after saying that I had an appointment for 9:40 am).After 40 minutes of waiting, my partner and I decided to leave (since we would pay for the exam and we are not leaving our money in a place that treats people badly such as this lab).We are still trying to understand how the scheduling system works at that establishment but one thing we are certain of: we will never return to the Burnside LifeLabs again.
