Audi Uptown

My experience with Audi Uptown left much to be desired. I had scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance, for 9 am, to get my engine's solid yellow light inspected. They initially assured me the diagnosis would take a maximum of 2-3 hours.Unfortunately, when I attempted to contact the service center at 1 pm, I had a terrible time trying to get through. Despite being transferred by the receptionist three times, all my calls ended up on an answering machine. Left with no other choice, I hired an Uber and made my way there.Upon my arrival, and after waiting for an additional 15 minutes, I finally met with the lady who took my car. To my dismay, I discovered they had not even begun to inspect my car— four hours after it was dropped off! Her attitude was not just dismissive but downright rude. She offered no attempt at appeasement, instead, stating they were busy as if it was a justification for their lack of service.The main question I am left with is - If they were so busy, why did they schedule my appointment for early morning? Moreover, how can they expect customers to leave their cars for the entire day for a simple 30-minute diagnosis?I must say this was a truly disappointing experience, and I strongly advise against utilizing this location for service. Their lack of efficiency and poor customer service reflects badly on the Audi brand as a whole. Please save yourself the time and trouble and steer clear of this place.

I’ve serviced my Audi here a few times over the years, and I’m so glad I had Mark Lopez on the service team to assist me this time around. It was an emergency tire replacement right before the long weekend. I dropped off my car at 8:30 and Mark was very efficient at placing an order for the tire and completing the replacement by 2pm on the same day. He was friendly and courteous throughout our interactions, wiping out the previous rude encounter I had with another lady on the service team.If you happen to visit Audi uptown for a service appointment, request for Mark Lopez as your guy and things will go very smoothly.

I had a very good experience here. Mr. Jay Wu is one of the best dealers I have ever met here. I eventually ordered a 2023 Q5 from him and the service was good, he provided me a very satisfying deal. if anyone is interested in buying/leasing an Audi, choose Jay Wu as your dealer and I promise you will get what you want

First time buying an Audi and had a great experience here. Shuda the sales rep was very helpful and walked us through many vehicles in order to help us find the best vehicle for our needs. We ended up choosing an Audi Q7 after Shuda showed us the car and multiple test drives. The whole process was smooth and painless. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and experience.

The best buying experience I ever had in Canada.My sales person GLORIA was so kind & welcoming. She was just a text away for any imp information regarding loan, car details ask her anything. We were so impressed with the entire showroom and the people around. The best part was our car was nicely clean and maintained at the time of delivery. The entire process gave us such a good vibe that you know nothing will ho wrong with their product. I will 100% recommend this showroom for your future car. Amazing experience. Bought an S5 here and Michael was phenomenal. I felt very welcome and even on visits after for my car the staff was friendly and Michael was there to always make sure we were taken care of. Would definitely recommend if anyone was on the fence about buying a car here, definitely get off the fence!

Avoid purchasing any vehicle from this particular dealership. I recently bought a car from them less than a month ago, and I noticed that the car's rotors were shaking from the very first day. I promptly reported this issue to the used car manager, Darrick. Unfortunately, Darrick's attitude from the beginning was consistently rude and unprofessional.He instructed me to bring the car to the dealership so he could take a look at it. Following his instructions, I sent the car to their location. However, to my dismay, they are now informing me that there is a problem with the rotors, and I have to bear the cost of $2000, plus tax, to have them replaced.This experience has been an absolute nightmare, mainly due to the dealership's abysmal customer service. I strongly advise against purchasing a car from them in the future

I bought my S3 last month, and everything went perfectly; since day one, I was supposed to just see the cars, but Shanna, the car sales representative, showed me the vehicles and allowed me to test drive the car that I wanted without an appointment; she was very professional and communicative during all the process of buying and even after I got the car she was pending about all my concerns and helpful about some things that needed to be done after getting the vehicle, I will definitely recommend her, and for sure I will go back to that dealership in the future.
