Restora Restoration

I look after an apartment building. With 70 people coming in and out, it built up a lot of dark stains throughout the building. Light grey carpet yet! Front lobby, stairwell, all floors and back. I personally thought the stains were untreatable with how bad they were.The company got in contact with Adam from Restora Restorations. He immediately came down here to deal with the stains throughout the building. Adam was extremely professional and somehow removed the stains throughout the building. I cannot stress how bad the carpets were. He worked extremely hard, and because of that, the carpets basically look brand new. I can’t thank him enough.Do yourself a favour, save the hassle and call them, we’ve had previous company’s come before and they did not turn out nearly as good.

We were in desperate need to get our basement fixed up as we had experienced a sewer back up. I just found the company on Google, sent in a request for quote (which was free) Adam was at our house by the next day to inspect. We had had an initial inspection done by a previous company so I asked him to check the areas they had checked. Communication was prompt, professional. Adam tries to actually save the customer money, in our case we did not have to purchase new materials as Adam and his crew were able to carefully remove flooring and wall safely enough to simply reuse it as our aim was not to renovate rather to clean and sanitize the affected areas. So we did not spend more than was quoted to us.Honestly satisfied with the work that was done and also appreciated being walked through the whole process and things were explained in easy terms, not technical wording, so it's easy to understand what was going to be done.

I can’t say enough good things about Adam and his crew. All of them were courteous and my home was cleaner after they were done than when they found it for sure. I would not hesitate to have them again, they are always willing to go the extra mile. Easy communication, great work ethic and jobs well done every time. Wish I could give them 6 stars!

Adam is very knowledgeable. I requested a quote from many companies in this city after I had water damage in my basement because of the rain. He was the only one who came right away, explained to me everything that was going on, what he would do and how long would it take. (important to say, he gives a free quote... can you believe people charge for quotes?)He was very honest on what to expect with my old house and how it was built. Restora Restoration cleaned it all, removed the mould that started to form, cut the drywall, removed, cleaned, put new ones, painted with the same colour that was there. They did an awesome job.The whole process was great! I hope I don't have to use this service again, but if I do, I know who to call.They are great! Thank you so much!

After finding water in the basement, we called a couple places, and Adam was going to be the quickest to clean it up. He got rid of the water and mold, and looked around the house to try to find where the water was coming from (initially thought it was the grade of the land), but a couple days later there was water again, and it hadn't rained at all (although it was very humid). This pointed us to the ac. Although Adam does not directly deal with ac or hvac issues, we found a clog in the ac drain pipe and the pan had been overflowing because of it. We removed the clog and the water issue has been fixed. Adam was responsive, came to the house multiple times (probably more than expected due to water appearing a 2nd time) and got the water cleaned up.

I recently had Adam and his team in to complete a few renovation jobs for us, including laying new flooring in our bathroom and installing a new backsplash.From start to finish, Restora was absolutely wonderful to work with. Adam was always friendly and professional. He came by the day after we spoke to inspect the jobs and provided a quote very quickly (which was also much lower than we expected compared to other contractors we've worked with). Restora was committed to completing the job the best way it could be done. Even when unexpected issues were uncovered as the job progressed Adam always kept us fully informed of our options, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was finished the right way - not just the quickest or easiest. If we'd had all our home repair work done by Restora from the start we would have saved ourselves a load of hassle. I know exactly who I'll be calling any time we need work done again.
