Best Western Brantford Hotel And Conference Centre

Great hotel for sports teams with banquet rooms. Appreciate that each small block of rooms has a key specifically for that hallway which prevents groups from running rampant throughout the hotel. Was not at all happy with the inability to take a hot breakfast to our room. My elderly father has trouble walking and opted for a very lackluster bagged fruit and muffin bag. A few pancakes and bacon should not have been that impossible considering the circumstances.

I’ve been coming for the last few months due to my work. At first it was great but my last few stays haven’t been pleasant.A few weeks ago I stayed here and I was in my room laying in my bed about to fall asleep but then I heard my door start opening. Thank God I had the latch on I looked out of the door hole and I see the front desk guy trying to get into my room. I am a single female by myself. This was about 7 PM at night stating he was doing a welfare check on me which was completely strange. I wonder if this has happened beforeI think it’s really creepy of him.I am mediately packed my stuff and laughed, quite scary as being a single person by her self and staff trying to come in the roomThe staff name is “PRASOONNow ever since this happened

We called to make arrangements. the person wasn't helpful but my partner and I figured it out got the room. Beds very comfortable, quite the pool room is very clean and the temperature of the swinging pool room great. The kiddy pool was excellent are little girl loves it thanks best western we had a fantastic stay.

Dated hotel , would not recommend to any one due to poor service.Despite of informing the front desk of drink leftovers in the balcony and hair in shower drain , there was no action taken.Bad beds , the spring mattresses sinked in the middleSuffered back ache which made us leave the hotel a day early inspite of paying full for the stayBreakfast options are limited , restaurant is chaotic and buffet is spilled and spread all over the placeNot worth the price we paid for a 2 queen bed room for 2 nights of which we left a night early.

Nobody answers the phone when you call doesn’t matter time of day or day. You have to call multiple times to even have a chance of someone answering. The guy at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. Definitely not family, and pet friendly. Next time I will stay at the holiday inn which is 4 minutes away. Too bad because the rooms are fairly decent and there was a nice buffet breakfast.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Spacious rooms, great restaurant and Kim at the front desk was so friendly, helpful and definitely a valued employee. Would stay here again. Restaurant staff were professional and attentive to everyone.

The rooms are clean with great water pressure. Walls are thin, so the noise from traffic and other rooms can be heard on occasion. The hallways and stairwells are not as clean. It seems people may be living in the hotel, but they were friendly. The staff was kind. Breakfast food was edible. The ticket given for breakfast makes it seem like you only get one choice, but it is an actual buffet. Internet worked. We did not swim or use the fitness center. When we returned to our room around 11pm, there were people tailgating in the parking lot, but they were a friendly and respectful group. The hotel is quite close to a lot of shopping and food options. Also convenient location to the highway.

A nice and quite hotel, the management is friendly and rooms are in good condition, the breakfast needs to change because it’s constantly same potatoes with scrambled eggs

Very low end hotel. Beds are mediocre, TVs are outdated, the complimentary breakfast was gross af. Also the vending machines ate our coins & my pop from it was expired. Not choosing Best Western next time I travel thats for sure!

This was a horrendous visit.From the beginning, the comforter was dirty, looked like feces on the bed. Had to have that changed by housekeeping. The room key didnt work. Room tv remote didn't work. Grown men (7) swimming in the pool fully clothed, how disgusting. Grown men sitting in the hot tub in their underwear, right in front of our small children. Total unacceptable, very demeaning and inappropriate. Complained to management just to have this group of men hostiley confront myself while with my young son.Management's solution to my family was to upgrade our room.This is inexcusable.The best western in Brantford has become unsafe, and dirty.I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.
