Pinnacle Home Inspections
What a pleasure! We currently live in Alaska and are buying a home in Gladwin, MI. I played Google Roulette and found this company in an on-line search. I am so fortunate I did. Excellent communication, lightening fast replies to questions and Joe completed the most thorough inspection we have ever seen. The price was extremely reasonable. Dependable and thorough with his inspections! We used Joe for two different inspections one of which was last minute and he made us feel confident on what we were getting ourselves into. We had an inspection completed by Joe Smith. We were very happy with his professionalism and his thorough inspection of the home we are considering for purchase. The report was sent to us with a lot of details and many pictures. We especially liked that we can send a pdf copy of the report (or parts of the report) to the seller when negotiating the price. Pinnacle Home Inspections
I went with pinnacle Home Inspections because of the positive reviews I have seen. Of course you are a little apprehensive about a company you find on the interwebs. But I'm glad I did. Joe Smith and company did the inspection and had the report, in detail, to me in 4 days. Great job. Plenty of pics to show what needs to be done. Would definitely recommend him.

Joe and Christine were such a pleasure to work with. They were both very professional from the minute we called to the final inspection report. They were quick to respond, and their communication was spot on throughout the entire process. Pinnacle Home Inspections
Both Joe and his wife, were amazing to work with! They were able to work with us and the homeowner to find a time that worked for everyone. His inspection was very thorough, despite the challenges of a full house! Talking with him after the inspection report was also very helpful and helped us to better understand the issues that he discovered. Call-backs from Pinnacle were quick and it's nice to see a business with strong work ethics and follow-through. We would highly recommend Pinnacle Home Inspections!
