Michelle was an excellent person to work with she was very patient and professional. This was a unusually long process in the transferring of my account from another server over to Telus as well as porting a number over and she remained professional through out the entire 2 day process. Michelle also was maintaining a very professional attitude when attending to other customers intermittently while working on serving me. This did take a considerable amount of time however it was a positive experience because of Michelle’s extensive knowledge professionalism and her kind patient attitude.Thank you Michelle.

Michelle was super knowledgeable and helped me figure out the best plan for what I was looking for. She took care making sure everything was correct for me whilst transferring my phone over to the new phone. She explained everything clearly for me so I could understand it. She made my experience at Telus a wonderful one and I would definitely recommend her!

The representative was excellent. Very friendly and professional. She was helpful in every way. I had to go back twice because of my SIM card not working with my sons phone. And she was there to help. A bubbly person. Acknowledge my son and I when we walked into the store and it was busy. Ensured us she would be with us shortly. Would definitely go back and see her again and recommend her to anyone.
