PPD responded to flooding in our home, within hours and was extremely professional. Their work was high quality and they were very respectful. They communicated with us and we felt informed, our home was back to normal in no time. (better then before) We highly recommend PPD!

All work performed by PPD was professional and thorough. Communications with their personnel was clear, and all work was completed as stated, and on time. We were completely satisfied with PPD.

PPD was on site within 2 hours or reporting the water in my basement. From that point on they were excellent throughout the restoration process. All issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The workers on site were professional informative, did good work and most importantly always left the work site neat and tidy. Thank you for the great service.

PPD was great in my building. They worked fast in a very stressful situation, they communicated with me at all times keeping me in the loop making me feel like the building and its residents were going to be ok. Andre was efficient, well coordinated and project manager. I am very happy with how my building looks now, I would strongly recommend them for any restoration and mold issues. this was a fairly significant project approximately costing $450,000 in damages. The complete project including from emergency to finish was done in 9 weeks.

We had a water leak and basement flood and PPD were called in by our insurance company. They were quick to start the process and had a professional team at our home. On top of their own reliable team, all of their sub-contractors were also very professional and we felt comfortable with them in our home. As a General Contractor myself I feel this is one of the most important part of any project and was happy that there was no stress at all. The project was completed and you would not have known they were in our home as they did an excellent job of cleaning up and removal of debris etc.Early on I wasn't happy with scheduling as I didn't know when the next part of the project was happening. Upon bringing it their attention they immediately provided me with a detailed list & schedule of the nest steps of the project and when they hoped to be done the restoration. In the end, the finished right on time as they had scheduled.Overall an excellent experience.

Just over three weeks to fix and rebuild our bathroom - and within months.....we had the insurers back out to re-inspect the leaks coming from the shower and toilet. PPD tradespeople deamaged our carpet along with new damage to the walls. The project manager quoted and never came back to inspect work completed by his trades. Insurers stepped back in and compensated us $7k for damage to the carpet and are now footing the build to redo all the work done initially by PPD. I think you can make up your mind about the quality of work and what your dealing with.

When our place flooded, PPD Restorations were hired by our insurance company. Their level of service and quality of work were excellent. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if needed. I dealt with Bryer and she was fantastic.

We had the tragic event of our septic pump failing which caused the most disgusting sewer backup into our basement. When I discovered it I was deeply concerned about how to clean up the filthy, smelly sewage. I called PPD Restorations right away. I am so grateful that I called them. Within an hour and half their extremely professional technician arrived with all the equipment he needed to clean up the horrific mess. He assured me he would take care of everything. By the time he left, our basement was clean, the dreadful odor was gone and the powerful dehumidifiers he installed had already begun to dry things nicely.Over the course of the repairs, PPD staff keep me completely informed of what was going to happen, they coordinated convenient times for their workers to come and do the work required. I found all their staff to be highly skilled, competent, friendly and trustworthy. I am very please with the quality of their workmanship. The basement looks fantastic.I must say I am so very happy that I called PPD Restorations first. They turned a terrible situation into an almost pleasurable one. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great job guys.

We had a city water flood in our home in November 2019. I had never heard of PPD before. It was my insurance company that hired them.I have to say if you are ever needing help with restoration, I would highly recommend PPD. Our knowledgeable project manager Jeff, was on top of things... Whenever we had a questions or reasonable requests they were immediately looked after or addressed accordingly. When Jeff wasn't available he had excellent back up staff serving us. The sub companies PPD hired were respectful and did pretty good quality, timely work.Over all I give PPD a thumbs up and very high mark for doing a great job in restoring our home. Ana was phenomenal in keeping us in the loop at various stages of the repair. The day of the flood the clean up crew that came in were amazing and made a very upsetting event a whole lot easier. All the staff at PPD were top notch. Thanks for a great job.
