Good service, lawyers are very professional, staffs there are very nice too.

Had an unpleasant experience with them today. I booked an appointment with this law firm couple weeks ago to review my marital contract with my fiancé. I have specified in email that I would like to see a lawyer who speaks mandarin so they would be able to go over the marital contract with me.Today I went all the way from downtown to the law office located in North York for the appointment, only to find out none of their family law lawyers actually speaks Mandarin, which is not what they told me over the phone while booking the appointment. I find it a bit unprofessional and to be a waste of time on my day off. I could’ve found lots of law firms in my area that can provide the same English service instead of traveling so far.Other than that, the staff at the front desk and the staff that was helping me today were both very friendly. I’d give an extra star for them.

Very friendly people and they did a good job with reasonable price. Their staff speak different languages, easy to communicate. I would recommend this law office.

The whole office has a very bad attitude when facing customers, does NOT show any understanding and supporting at all, terrible.. seriously people calling to asking questions, even though is not in your scope of work but can't you show some respect??

I had a lot of questions because that was my first time to buy a property, they are very patient and professional. The stuffs explained things properly and told me what should I do. After everything has been prepared, the lawyer and I signed every paper face to face. They made the procedure much easier than I heard and I expected, I have to say they did a good job, really helpful.
