I think this Pharmacy is fantastic. I could never relate to a review that says the staff were unfriendly on the phone because that has never been my experience. When I'm sitting waiting for my prescription and I see people walk in to pick up theirs seemingly in very difficult life circumstances and see staff treat them with so much kindness it moves me. I see them treat their customers always in a manner that is nothing less than 5 star. Thank you staff at Pelham Street Pharmacy.

Very small shoppers. Only good for filling subscriptions. The staff was unfriendly.

I dropped off a prescription at 10:49am and was told it would be about a 10 min. wait.At around 11:15 I asked if it would be much longer and was told the pharmacist had to sign off on the prescription. At 11:24, the pharmacist finally came out just to tell me to take my antibiotics with food and lots of water. I asked him why it took so long when I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. He said he knew nothing about that and no apologies either. He was happy to take my money though. Never going back there again.
