Happy Foot Spa- Hurontario/Eglinton

I came here last week Wednesday with my boyfriend for a couples massage. We did the combo a which was 1 hour body massage and 45 min foot massage! The receptionist Sabrina was extremely nice and helpful. I kept calling to change my appointment time and asked her questions as it was my first time there and she was super informative and accommodating! The masseuses that we had was steve and amber! They were absolutely amazing!! If you are looking for a good deep tissue massage, you guys should definitely give steve or amber a try! They for sure know what they are doing and was able to make my boyfriend and I feel so much better after our massage!

I like happy feet spa so much! that it allows me to completely relax my body. Every time I go there, a masseuse named Alice gives me a foot massage. her technique is so amazing that after massaging, I feel my legs are so relaxed. I enjoy a good foot massage while also learning about health. I love Happy feet Spa!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Lily was amazing and professional. 90 minute foot massage was excellent and they actually give you the full 90 minutes. This was so relaxing. 10/10

It is my first time contacting a spa for a massage and the lady at the front desk, Sabrina, made my experience very memorable. She walked me through the rules and process and even booked me in at my convenience. I felt comfortable! I will be coming here from now on.

We actually had a very good foot massage the first time we were here and was looking forward to returning the second time. This is the huronontario location. However, from our last experience with the receptionist who was very rude, we cancelled our massage on the spot.We are NOT upset that our request for a half an hour foot massage and another half an hour upper body massage could not be accommodated. We understand you cannot do a proper full body massage within a half an hour span. Our request was only upper body.We will not to a repeat customer simply of the experience with her. It was in her tone and lack of professionalism that threw us off. In addition to her not even allowing me to finish my sentence and cutting me off without patiently listening to the request or at least allowing me to finish my sentence.I have been in the service industry for many years. It takes a mature, pleasant, patient and professional front desk individual to provide a world class experience for the customer. They are the face of the company and can make or break a great reputation. It's unfortunate to lose business with poor customer service at the front despite the massage therapist being wonderful.

I have been going to Happy Foot Spa for years. I suffer from chronic migraines and neck tension and Steve and Amber are my go-to when I am in need.They are clean, and very professional, and I usually get a last-minute appointment if I call early in the morning. Highly recommend it to everyone!

My masseuse was more than I expected! I was greeted immediately upon arrival and was offered the hot tea that I was expecting :) the masseuse was just right ✅️ will not disclose her name b/c I'd like her available upon my arrival each time. Would definitely recommend this location for their all around exceptional service and accommodation!
