Going off the previous reviews as well as my experience, I think you have an employee with an attitude problem! She's extremely aggressive and adversarial. Find someone who actually has people skills! Giving 2 stars for convenient location and rates.

My mom was exchanging euros, when she asked me to confirm the address and the phone number of our residence in Toronto for the file; the lady called Rose who was giving us service started speaking in a very bad manner asking my mom why she is talking to me and that she should write the address herself. Right before that she was showing my moms passport picture to her colleague and making fun of her passport picture which is mandatorily with a hijab.The manager came and tried to mitigate the situation but she also kept on saying why my mom asked me for the address- we tried telling them that my mom didn’t know the address by heart as she is not residing with me but they still were quite arrogant and offensieveWe decided not to exchange money and instead went to another exchange office with proper customer service and polite staff and even better rates - closer to the bank ratesDefinitely our last time to go to this place

Horrible service nobody at this location picked up the phone over 2 day and 9 calls. If your hoping to get any semblance of rate, currency availability or any response go elsewhere. For a place that makes money by picking up the phone and interacting with customers you would think they would actually answer their phone.

If it were possible I would give this place 0 stars. We waited over half an hour and there were 2 tellers working. One left to go to indigo while there were over 5 people in line. I called ahead to order the Costa Rican colone and was told to come in as there was lots and no need to order. When I arrived, after waiting 30 minutes, they told me they didn’t have any. What a pathetic joke. Will never go back. Do not recommend.

I called ahead of time to let them know that I would be coming to this location and ordering a large amount of money in euros (they knew the exact amount) and told me that would be okay. I drive 2 hours to the location as there was an accident on the road. Upon arrival the lady refused to accept my money (saying she needed bank statements, yet said nothing of this on the phone) So now that I have no statement I never knew I needed she refused to order any money for me. I have my trip coming up in 4 days and now will have not even a dollar for. This is unprofessional as well as making the lives of your customers much harder at this time of year.

I was very disappointed I was there on Wednesday I was inquiring how much is it to change $3000 usd the lady was extremely Rude. She’s rushing me and doesn’t seems like she cares about my business. I decided to leave due to her behaviour. I took my business somewhere else… oh by the way she happens to be a regional manager! Shame to have a leader like that!

Went to the mall Sunday at 3pm and the store was closed even though their hours of operations say 11-5. And when they actually opened at around 4pm, out of the 2 tellers in the front only 1 was working. The other one was sleeping and i’m not joking. Actually sleeping. With a lineup of 5 people waiting. What a joke
