Great service - we felt they offered excellent value for money for the quality of the equipment they offered. Delivery was great - Jeff was very professional and friendly and set everything up, and collection went just as smoothly with Wanda; who also dealt with all the communications and booking with us which were also perfectly friendly and professional.

I was very satisfied with my experience. Very quick and convenient, being located minutes from the airport. I made a last minute reservation for 3 car seats and they were still able to accommodate. I would not hesitate to use Baby Getaway again in the future and would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

I called on a Wednesdsay morning at 9am and picked up a crib at 4PM. It was clean - easy to move - easy to set up and was perfect for my quickly growing nephew. The owners were lovely, helpful and always quick to respond. everything was as advertised and the rental rates are so reasonable. I would use this company again and I would recommend it to anyone travelling with a little one in tow.

I had a wonderful experience renting from Baby Getaway during a visit to Toronto with my two year old daughter last month. All the equipment was delivered on time, in pristine condition, and most importantly, my daughter loved all of it! We rented a crib, a potty, a car seat and a set of bath toys and regular toys. It made our visit to my parents so much easier. Would definitely recommend, and will be renting again!

I rented a full size folding crib from Baby Getaway and the company offered the best deal. The crib was in great condition and pick up and drop off was easy. Wanda was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use the company again.
