Westpark I.D.A. Drugs

The store is great, the post office is great, the pharmacy is AWFUL!!!The older lady with glasses at the pharmacy (Dana?) is extremely rude and terrible to deal with. Unfortunately every time I pick up my prescription from there she is working. Horrible customer service.

Been coming here for 8 years, friendly staff, convenient location, clean store. The pharmacy can be slow at times, but where doesn't it get slow! It usually takes me 5 minutes or less to get a refill.

Not sure what the naysayers have to say about this pharmacy. Sometimes you get to wait in line. Welcome to life. This pharmacy has be nothing short of a miracle for me. I’m middle aged and have had prescription for most of my life. Never before have I had the attentive care that Danna and the team show me! It is by far the best. Every time I go in with a new prescription or a change of dose I am scared. I seem to be blessed always with Danna and she explains in normal language that I can understand. She will also print out things for me to read to help me feel better about a new pill.This is an amazing team! Bar none! So you all who down this pharmacy because you can’t wait 5 minutes I say to you. Try to figure it out on your own see what that gets you.

I've never had a bad experience here and have always had good service, but, I will no longer be trusting them with prescriptions. I was told yesterday that they didnt have what I needed but could have it in by noon today, although this wasn't ideal, I said that's alright I can manage until then. I went in to pick it up today and was told it didn't come in and they wouldn't be able to get it in until Tuesday... There was no phone call and zero notification that they couldn't get my prescription, I am slightly appalled at how unprofessional this is.. I needed the medication yesterday and waiting another 4 days is completely unacceptable. I will never fill another prescription here after this..

I like this pharmacy but there is one lady that works in this pharmacy I think her name is Dana and she wears glasses, but she is extremely rude and unprofessional all the time. It’s like she is miserable in her own life and everyone else around needs to be miserable as well. She has a very snotty attitude and should be reprimanded for the bad service. It makes this pharmacy look bad which is sad because everyone else there is wonderful.

IDA Westpark PHARMACY is the WORST! Call to check to make sure your prescriptions are ready for pick up, told they are ready, and get there and they are in fact NOT READY. 3 or 4 trips to the pharmacy a day, all because they refuse to be honest with their customers. And delivery??? forget it! 8 hour MINIMUM wait for delivery literally 3 blocks away. If zero stars was an option, I would choose that!

Danette is so polite and helpful! She is such a good Canada Post clerk and I am really thankful for her. She really makes a difference for me when it comes time to send letters and packages.Thank you!

Poor service!!Pharmaceutical staff could care less about clients

Friendly staff, decent prices on connivence items carry a wide selection of personal care stuff and a good pharmacy and great staff , found the post office staff friendly and competent.
