First visit in over a year. Store was clean and bright and enjoyed my visit. Big well-being section (combo of health and self-help ?). Nice display of classic paperbacks like Animal Farm, Jane Austen novels, etc. at a great price (3 for $10, $6 or $7 each) and comfy chairs by Starbucks.

This is a great bookstore with a Starbucks built in. Their selection of books is great and it is one of the bigger book stores in KW. They have a great selection of toy and gift items as well. Their display of book recommendations are quite helpful when looking for the next great read. The best part of this store though is the staff. They all seem to love to read and are never too busy to help out. They will offer real opinions on books or work really hard to find you what you're looking for.

Best selection of books in town. Most staff are good at identifying what you need but don't have the in depth literary knowledge to give opinions. The Starbucks in house is solid as well.

Very welcoming environment. The staff are nice and approachable able to provide answers to questions you may have and direct you to the appropriate section needed. The convenience of Starbucks is a plus. They have seats available throughout the store for you to sit down and read which is great as well :)

Such a great display of books. I was looking for some children's books and found such variety. You may choose by age, language (specifically saw french books gor kids) or interest and I was actually happy to find a good sale so purchased 4 books for $10. There is all price ranges and it's just entertaining to search and peek around. The staff was more than accommodating and the store is beautiful. Coffee lovers have Starbucks within the store and there is a lot of parking spots.

Chapters is a great big bookstore. Good lighting to read and find what you want. They have almost every kind of book and if they don't have a title, there is a console to search if they carry it. If they don't have it at this particular store, they often can order it for you, so then you receive it at home with free shipping over a certain amount.I can spend hours there enjoying the books and browsing but if I know what I want, I can be fast in and out too. They do have an online shop as well, very handy.Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended. There is a Starbucks in the building, so it's all very pleasant.

Had a great time looking for a present for my friends 1yr old. Lots of selection and the smell of coffee was amazing in the store. Some items are super overpriced but plenty of well priced books and gifts. My kids also had a good time in the play area.
