Disgusting display and refused to take a patient cause they never been there before telling em to go find someone else that will take me cause they need to know previous sizes for ultrasound. Phillipino secretary refused to give me her name. And breaking medical laws by refusing a patient. Doctor patient confidential information is not to be known by other technicians when all you need is an ultrasound and report your findings. DISGUSTING

Excellent service and accommodating staff. Maria and the others team at the reception are professional and treat everyone lovingly and kindly, trying to help at their best; the same goes for the technicians.I like this clinic and I feel comfortable in it. It is my favourite clinic in Mississauga.

I've been twice in two years for an x-ray + ultrasound and then just an ultrasound. The staff are courteous and friendly. Appointments are mostly on time (great if you have a full bladder!!).

Facility is clean, but a bit chaoticaly organized. What is more important, x-ray pictures were not good enough and a doctor asked to redo it. I would expect to know about that right away.

Apple Med offers competent, friendly, diagnostic imaging. Friendly, sensitive staff like Shivani and Maria and others will greet you when you arrive. Diagnostic staff then offer their services in a relaxed, encouraging manner. Apple Med is worth driving to in order to have your Diagnostic needs looked after. Highly recommended!

Extremely bad service. I’ve been doing ultrasound in many places and never had such poor service like this one. Technician was very rude, behaviour was very unprofessional, moreover it’s so dirty there, disgusting place! Now I understand why they have available appointments next day while in good places you have to wait weeks. Do not recommend this place! Stay away!!

Called a lot of Clinics but all were fully booked and I needed to get the Ultrasound done Asap. Then I called Apple Mex the Lady on reception is so Nice.. Booked me in for the same day Unbelievable .. I was close to the Clinic and boom In an hour booked me in.. The experience was great very welcome and Polite Staff...& even the Gentleman who ran the test.. Great Experience ... Fully Recommended.
