The service was polite but a bit slow.The food quality was relatively good however it would be much better not to serve a half one burned side kebab.Other than that, the rice and 2 piaza were really tasty.

We tried this place on a Monday, and I'm surprised by all the negative reviews! Our food was delicious, and the lady Shahira taking our order was super nice with a big smile and very professional! She deserves a raise! We had a very good experience!

Very delicious food.Nice ambiance as well. The Service is not bad; however, I would not say it is excellent either. Also, they really need to get a proper pitcher for bigger families.Food on the other hand is delicious and portions are very generous!

I recently had the opportunity to visit l'afghan and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While there were some positive aspects, there were a few areas that left me somewhat disappointed.First and foremost, one notable downside of the restaurant was the lack of effective air conditioning. The ambiance could have been greatly improved if the air-conditioning system had been more efficient. It made the dining experience somewhat uncomfortable, particularly during warmer days. Improving the air-conditioning would greatly enhance the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.On a brighter note, the staff were friendly and accommodating. From the moment I entered, they greeted me warmly and promptly attended to my needs throughout the meal.However, one aspect that didn't live up to expectations was the quality of the fountain drink. I found the taste to be peculiar and unpleasant, which made it difficult for me to finish my drink. This was a letdown, as a refreshing beverage can greatly enhance the dining experience. Addressing the issue with the fountain drink quality should be a priority for the restaurant.Moving on to the food, the meat served was tender and enjoyable. However, one area that could use improvement is the seasoning. While the meat was cooked well, it lacked the depth of flavor that would have taken it to the next level. Similarly, the rice was decent but could have benefited from a more robust seasoning. Enhancing the seasoning profile of the dishes would elevate the overall taste and satisfaction for diners.On a positive note, the portion sizes were generous and satisfying. The restaurant certainly knows how to provide a substantial meal that leaves you feeling satisfied. This generosity in portion sizes is commendable and adds value to the dining experience.In conclusion, my experience l'afghan had its ups and downs. While the lack of proper air conditioning was a notable drawback, the friendly staff and generous portion sizes helped offset some of the negatives. However, the odd-tasting fountain drink and the under-seasoned meat and rice were disappointments that could be improved upon. With some attention to these areas, this restaurant could become a truly remarkable dining destination.

I had a horrible experience. The food was stale and disgusting, and there was a hair in it. I literally wasted my money. The lady on the counter was the worst representative I've ever come across at a restaurant plus she claimed to be the owner. I will never be returning to this restaurant ever again. Stay AWAY from this trash place I literally regret wasting my money here.

1st time having afghan cuisine. The food was delicious and flavorful . The lamb shank was fall off the bone , and the filet mignon and chicken were tasty , except it was a little dry . Love the rice, especially with the raisins and carrots . 8.6/10

The food was so so delicious and quick service. People working there have great customer service! Will definitely go again.

2nd time eating there and I was debating whether to rate 3 or 4 stars.. the meat was delicious but the bun was very stale, couldn't eat it. The fries were fresh and hot. The fountain drink, well.. just water and barely any taste ( should have tried it before I leave).The first time, I took a plate and asked no rice but order came with rice.The food is excellent, spices are perfect and then there's stale bread which ruined my experience.
