Align Massage Therapy - Bank St South
I went to the Bank St location to see Shen Lin. Had a serious knot I'd been struggling with for several weeks. She recommended trying accupuncture along with some twists and stretches. I had my doubts, but what the heck. I was really surprised it made a VERY noticeable difference during the session itself, and within a day I felt back to normal.She was also extremely professional and helpful. All around a very good experience!

Came in with my neck and trap in full on spasms. It had been days I couldn't sleep and hardly move my neck to the point that my left arm was even swelling and would lose sensation. Michelle did a great job using the perfect amount of pressure (lots!) And some cupping techniques. Finally made it through the night without waking up in pain and so far today it feels 100x better. After just one session I'm in such a better state. Thanks Michelle

I had a massage from Terry last month due to muscle strain from a sports injury. Terry did an amazing job reducing my leg pain so I could work normally again. They provided a deep and relaxing massage on my sore muscles, and suggested helpful advice for continued relief afterwards. Overall, Terry was great! Would come back (though hopefully not due to injury!)

Not the best looking place, but the therapist (Blanche) I had was pretty good.It felt like a maze with small rooms all around. Not much natural light, but I guess it's more of a treatment place than a spa place.Blanche really took her time and made sure I felt comfortable. She's very knowledgeable and has tons of experience.

Being new to Ottawa I took a chance on Align Massage therapy and was not disappointed. Bet Nemo was my therapist, and they were fantastic. Very enjoyable company, and the time and money were both well spent. Bet is open to different approaches and shows genuine concern for your needs. Highly recommended.

Had a fabulous massage with Bet yesterday. Had a lower back injury. Bet was very professional, listened thoroughly to my concerns, and suggested exercises for me to do at home. I will definitely be booking another massage with Bet.
