Westmount London store has 2 parking lot entrances (who knew?) but one set of doors is locked. No sign on the locked doors to direct you to the doors around the corner. We got back into the car to leave and found the other doors by accident. Plenty of people doing the same thing. No staff but for the check out people. Cheap prices.

The best Urban location in London. Never ever go to these stores because everytime I do I can't find anything at all. Been to this location twice now and have left with things I've really liked!

I was in this store last night and I can guarantee that I will never be back. My 12 yr old granddaughter and I were standing in line and there were about 8-10 people in line and 3 cashiers. You would think at first glance that it would go pretty fast but not when 2 of them are standing around chatting between every single customer they waited on. When I was next in line the young man & young woman who had NO customers now in front of them once again strolled away from the counter to stand back and chitchat to each other. I couldn’t believe it. Very loudly I asked “are you open?” He looked up and said “ya”. I said “well then let’s go! You can chitchat later when there are no customers waiting in line.” I used to be a cashier from my early teens to my late teens. Customer service is key! Teach your employees to respect the customers and to say “can I help you?” This young man never said a word to me after the sale. He did, however, mumble something when we walked away. Thank goodness my granddaughter was with me because I was about to lose it! No customers=no one to wait on=no jobs! I see there are others who have had the same problem. Train your staff!!!

Have been using the online order system for a few years now , but last week while trying to place an order ( 2nd order in 2 weeks time ) the system glitched somehow and shows a code error " on thier end

Products are somewhat different" than usual cookie-cutter styles as in Walmart kind of stores and at least one staff member greats me everytime I enter this Urban Planet. And prices are competitive too. Got some good hoodies for the kids from here. Only issue I had once was that XL polo shirt I purchased was more like Large size and length was a bit on the short side too i.e. it wasn't true to size. And there was no size above XL

I’m currently standing in line with 5 other people in front and behind me waiting for a single cashier while 4 other employees are standing at the end of the cash registers chatting. When they saw me look over at them they dispersed but none hopped on cash to help.Finally someone must have come back from break as a different employee came to cash others out. I know it’s hard to find good employees right now but this was super disrespectful for customer experience.

Good choice, good price, happy staff

Our go to for reasonably priced teen clothes. Mama gets away with clothes from there too. Big store, lots of clothes, you're bound to find a bunch of stuff there and it won't break the bank.

They have Wide variety of clothing. Quality and prices are good.

Went here Cyber Monday was so excited! I see their clothes at Value Village all the time & really like them! Got some items for performances that were one of their kind, jeans, Hip Hop Hat, Sick Hoodie & in addition to 75% off I got 10% off for being a firt-time shopper at Urban Planet & texted their code to their Shoppibg Network! I was so excited to try on the clothes!! Nothing against Canada but you usually have to go to the USA for Urban Streetware looks of this quality. 10-Stars
