With the purchase of our new home, we decided to use Level Studios to help us with some key areas of the house. We had some furniture pieces that they were able to incorporate into the design. We were so thrilled with the result that we expanded the project to cover the entire house. We were provided with 3D designs, samples and received lots of attention and explanations. Friendly service that was professional. Lucah & Vinh get to know you and what you’re looking for and were able to provide us a finished product that was beyond our expectations. In addition, we did some custom cabinetry, media wall and wet bar. They even helped us with outdoor spaces. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of working with Luca and Vinh on a design plan for an investment property. Their feedback was very helpful and their design suggestions were spot on. If anyone is looking for a team that understands design to help them level up their design project, I'd highly recommend them.

We had the unfortunate experience of having our original designer ghost us with an unfinished condo. We called Luca and Vinh and they helped us immediately with a two hour consult to finish off some last minute but important details. We took lots of notes during our meeting and within 24 hours picked our tiles, paints, and left over furnishings. The advice was spot on. Thank you very much for your help. Vinh and Luca are passionate, caring, diligent and attentive. They went out of their way to cater to every need and requirement I had, as well as making suggestions of their own to compliment my vision. After they finished my apartment, I felt sad that the experience had ended! The whole thing was a pleasure (and I learned how to make excellent drip coffee as a bonus). I couldn't recommend them more to anyone looking to create a unique space that reflects their personality, style and vision. I can't wait to work with them again!

My wife and I had trouble retrofitting our parent's basement for quite sometime until we found Level Studio who were local interior designers in Vaughan. We reached out to them to help us design a functional space that offered privacy for us and could be large enough for family gatherings. Luca & Vinh are a great team as they came in for an initial design consultation and played out some possibilities. We carried through with their design phase and loved everything that they presented us. We definitely learned the importance and value of having a solid game plan during the design phase prior to purchasing anything or beginning the renovation. They were able to capture our vision, needs and wants and their implementation was fantastic. They project managed the entire scope and were easy to work with. Their contracting team were professional and great to have on this project as Luca and Vinh were able to be there every step of the way ensuring quality and make sure things goes to plan.

Selecting furniture for a pre-construction condo, with young kids, is very hard! Which is why we wanted to work with designers who could help us visualize the right pieces for 3 bedrooms, living and dining based on our needs. After immense review, we went with Level One Studios based on their reviews, gallery and impressions after the initial meetings. Vinh, Luca and Carol are authentic, transparent and supportive. We had multiple delays with the occupancy date, which is very stressful, and they continued to empathize with our frustrations and often acted as our therapists. We followed their recommendation to delay move-in by a few weeks after obtaining the keys so they could have the place all set up for us; that was a game-changer with a two-year old who would have made it very hard for us to install light fixtures and assemble furniture during the day. We had a few issues with deliveries but Luca, Vinh and Carol took care of it all and got replacements immediately. We started this journey back in 2020 and three years later we could not be happier with how everything turned out! What I appreciate most, is that they fulfilled our very specific request that all our furniture must be kid-friendly and spill-proof - they did extra due diligence to ensure we selected the right fabrics and pieces with plenty of storage for toys. We will definitely work with them again if and when we move to a house.

I contacted Level Studio when I moved into my new townhome. I felt I really wanted my new place to be a reflection of me and I can’t be any happier with the outcome! I had no vision or really any idea of what I wanted (which probably made things a lot more challenging for Luca & Vinh!) I am in awe of their talent and can’t believe they were able to transform my main floor & master bedroom/bathroom into such a beautiful and functional space with little to go on from me. I can’t imagine a more perfect result! They resolved my concerns of a smaller dining area, storage requirements and an open concept main floor by presenting plenty of options, including building my dream closet, installing cabinetry & shelving in the kitchen, and suggesting and selecting furniture that worked perfectly and carried the colour scheme throughout. I was even more impressed at the consideration of my hobbies, like adding adjustable overhead lighting where I like to read and work on embroidery. They even took the time to frame sketches that I wanted to hang and framed prints from Vinh’s photography collection to add to the space. They were professional, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and patient from the initial consultation to project planning & implementation. I would highly recommend Level Studio for any design project, large or small. They far exceeded every expectation and I look forward to working with them again!

I hired Level Studio Inc to design and transform an unfinished commercial unit into my dream clinic. I had a vision of what I wanted it to look and function like, just no means to actually create it. Luca & Vinh took everything I said and organized it in a potential layout. We then went room by room to discuss the functionality of each space and how it would be used in the clinic setting. They provided me with several options to maximize space and even went as far as mimicking a patient interaction to see if the designs would serve well for the use of the clinic. After the construction logistics were submitted for permit (a process they took care of entirely) they provided me with samples of flooring, paint colours and furniture pieces to go along with my beach vision. Throughout every step of this process I was given a multitude of information and I was confident in the decisions we were making. They are reliable, hard working and creative geniuses! I truly appreciate all of the work Luca & Vinh put into the entire process of my clinic. They have far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them for any design needs.

When we decided to undertake our major reno (kitchen, living room, bedroom, library, closets) we were daunted by the scale of the task: visualizing our design ideas, sourcing the finishes and furniture, and choosing contractors – and then managing a big project while living somewhere else!We could choose colours, fabrics, finishes, and furniture pieces that went well together, but we recognized there was a lot more to design than that. We also knew we wanted to leave the implementation and day-to-day project management to more experienced hands. We decided that we needed outside expertise and turned to Level Studio, whose functional and modern designs matched our aesthetic, and whose countless rave reviews assured us we were in good hands.From the first meeting, we knew the Level crew had a good eye for detail, even getting down onto their hands and knees to better examine part of the floor. We lost track of time during that meeting, just chatting and getting to know each other. They took that time to get to know us, what was important to us. They worked to understand our vision and translate it into a coherent design, while anticipating needs that we didn’t even know we had!For example, we’d assumed the footprint of our space would remain the same – everything pretty much in the same place, just updated. Level helped us reconceptualize the space to provide better visual and functional flow, including reorienting the kitchen appliances, island, and dining area – things we’d never considered. They helped translate our needs into a kitchen design that gave us more storage and workspace.Level uses a very iterative process, and created multiple draft designs with ample opportunity to provide feedback and share our thoughts. They gave us a complete design, including furniture and finishes, but were also open to our own suggestions for items we’d found or new design inspirations. The Level team were never pushy or claimed they knew better; they strove for an open and collaborative relationship and a design that truly felt like a synthesis of the best of our visions.Project management was a major concern of ours – we were moving out of our space and had some anxiety about being removed from the project as it was underway. Level’s project management put us at ease in a couple of ways. First, they acted as the general contractor in addition to being the designers. A lot of the designers we met with told us that, once the design was done, we would have to source a general contractor, which seemed daunting to us, and would add another layer between us as the clients and the people actually carrying out the work. Knowing that there wouldn’t be a lot of phone tag as a question or change made its way down the line from us to the tradespeople was a big plus. Second, the Level team were very communicative throughout the process. It was always easy to reach them; emails received a response within a few hours and they were always ready to schedule a call to discuss issues. They provided a detailed project plan with timelines and gave us regular updates on scheduled work and upcoming components. We always knew what was happening and what came next.The thing we’ll remember most about working with the Level Studio crew on this project was their commitment to making us happy. Whenever we had an issue with something, like the need for a touch-up to some painting, a scratch on the finish of a piece of furniture, or a complete replacement of the kitchen countertops, Level sprung into action! In our experience, other contractors have often shrugged as if to say, “What do you expect me to do?” That was never Level’s response – their attitude was always, “How can we fix this?”Putting your home, and thousands of dollars, into strangers’ hands can be very scary – we’ve all heard the horror stories. With Level Studio, those strangers became friends and our daunting project became a success story.

We're re-planning our home and moving some rooms around so I wanted professional advice on the most functional and design-friendly layout & designs.
