Finding this store and these people has been a game changer for me. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Nancy and all the staff. The have all been friendly, welcoming and most importantly extremely instrumental in the positive results I have seen since going there. I have been fortunate to see the caring and healing attitude that they have shown me and others. If I could give them a 6 Star rating I would!!

Nancy is full of knowledge. She relieved my foot pain (of 2 years) with one day of remedies!! I am 90% better!! I still can't believe it!! Take the time to drop into her store. She has changed my quality of life!

i recently visited the store, and on round 1 i worked with Nancy who was very busy,, yet found the time necessary to help me find the products i needed to service some infections i had been getting. This industry was new to me, yet customer service is not - and based on the traffic in the store i was very pleased with the service and product.I came back 2 weeks later, and worked with another extremely helpful lady (her name was long and i cant remember it), yet she spent 20 minutes with me and instructed me on some other key medicines to add to my growing collection!Thanks for the great service and large selection. Ill be back and i do recommend the place to everyone.

Very friendly staff! Was looking for lavender oil and was directed to it right away. The essential oil section has tester bottles to sample. I will definitely be back!

Very knowledgeable staff, great stock in products. I've been shopping here for over 5 years and never left disappointed. They always answer the phone and return calls, when ordering products they always call me when my order arrives. There are many businesses in Guelph that could learn a thing or two about customer service here.

I found the staff there to be quite “snobbish” for lack of a better word, and not just to me and my husband but we could hear the way the other clerk was talking to an elderly gentleman that was there in the same “snobbish” tone, so at least we know it wasn’t not just us.I had gone in to get probiotics so I can digest eggs, which I have been doing for years now so I know it works. But the Lady that was “helping” me said that wasn’t what I needed and stated she had “been doing this for ten years so knows what she’s talking about” and recommended a digestive enzyme instead. So I could her “knowledgeable” advice and guess what, they don’t work AT ALL!!!! So thanks for making me waste my $25 on your worthless product! I WILL NEVER be returning there and would NOT recommend it, I’ll stick to New Age or the Stone store, they have better customer service and far superior products.

Selection is okay. Service is okay. Products here are WAY overpriced! I recently bought a mineral product for $50(needed it that day). I checked Amazon after and found a product with the same quantity and of higher quality for $17.50! I'm all about supporting local business but companies have to do their part too to stay helpful and competitive.
