The restaurant layout was cool. The kitchen was fast. Food came out quick. Service could have been slightly better but it’s okay because the food was delicious. Also love that you can make reservations quickly on the OpenTable app.

I want to like Kelsey's but when the food is really disappointing, we're just not going to come back. Nachos over toasted (darkened and almost burnt) and missing all the cheese (what happened?). Honey buns warm on the very top, cold in the middle with cold unmelted cheese. And my chicken Parm with pasta yellowing from being under the heat lamp too long. It's like Kelsey's has just given up.

The food and atmosphere was fairly good however our server Yolanda forgot a few things. Our drinks came after our food which was odd and there were peppers on our nachos when we asked for none. She had written this down when she took our order. We weren't given plates for our fajitas and my drink which was supposed to be a flavoured margarita was flavourless and didn't taste like there was any alcohol at all yet it was supposed to be 1.5oz. Im a bit surprised at all of the other positive reviews.

We ordered food and drinks, with Kelsey's quantity is really good, however with this location it wasn't. Drinks we ordered didn't taste that good, though server offered us to change it we denied it. Food was testing good.

Yolanda was amazing and attentive during our visit. She checked on us often to make sure we were having a great experience. Took very good care of us, overall amazing server and so sweet.

We usually come here a few times every summer to sit on the patio. I think the menu has been refreshed because the food was awesome! Hot and came out fast. Our serve Yolanda Ma was awesome as well! She was very polite and always smiling! Looking forward to coming back :)

Stopped in on my way home from Tobermory for dinner and had the pleasure of being served by Crystal. She was quick, very friendly and the food was good. Very unique location.
