UNIQLO Guildford Town Centre
This shop has quite a lot of products. The service staff is very good. I went at 4:00 p.m., so there weren't many customers. I took my shirt to change the size. The staff provided good service. I already love uniqlo products. The store is located on the second floor, not difficult to find, near the escalator.

I like the quality of Uniqlo, I first visited this store when I was I Philippines in 2018 since then I have become a fan of this brand. Better prices compared to other brands, comes with best quality and fitting.

UNIQLO Guildford Town Centre
I went to the store today to exchange an item and asked for help. There was an Asian girl who displayed a noticeable ego. She loudly and disrespectfully insisted that I provide my bank statement, even though I had lost my receipt. She abruptly left the counter, leaving the tag as proof of purchase. I have made many purchases from UQ, but due to this egotistic customer service, I will never buy from them again. I believe this incident should be reported to the Vice President and shared on social media.

I always go there for formal clothes. Always something good at reasonable price. They even adjust the pants just for 5$.

People were happy and helped whenever we asked questions. Fashion was reasonably priced and seems decent quality. I like the museum series t-shirts with Keith Harrington prints and a few masters. And free masks too! Yay

Very Poor customer experience For Exchange or Return, They will force customer to bring physical receipts even the customer has shown transactions on Uniqlo mobile app. zero customer empathy.

We visited here on Wednesday, the 29th. We were just looking for some bags. At Metrotown Uniqlo, we confirmed that there are five bags here. But the staff here seemed very lazy and incompetent. Especially on Wednesday the 29th, at around 4pm, the cashier Asian woman had a very tacky hairstyle, especially she is very rude
