Bought a '19 Forester from here a little over a year ago. Great car, and great sales experience. Wish I could say the same about the service side. I had a couple very intermittent issues like the radio volume changing on its own and the CD player coming on by itself, though they rarely ever acted up so it didn't bother me enough to look into. However the salesman mentioned I could get a navigation/radio update that might fix all that.So in I went for my first service, explaining to the advisor every detail I could give him, even offering a video of the issue when it happened; none of which he was interested in looking into and just offered the typical hour scan & diagnose. No surprise when it came back with no issues and that they can proceed with the update I initially wanted (for additional labor of course). Then 30mins later I was told now there is a communication issue"
