Amazing service. In 48 hours Alex came to my house. He identified the problem right away. Fixed explain everything to me, checked the door, the motor & my remotes. Very respectful & professional. I do recommend this company.

I saw the 4.9 star rating and wondered if it was real. Turns out - yes! Here was my experience:My garage door wouldn't open or close. I figured it would be a couple of weeks (or at least a couple of days) until this was resolved. I called Advantage - first off, a human actually answered. Check! Then the guy said they could have someone over to my place in less than 2 hours. Check! The guy arrived in one hour, then diagnosed and fixed the problem (he had all the parts already on his truck) in another hour. Check! Total time from phone call to resolution: 2 hours. Check, Check, Check! Super good service, very friendly, and gave me a couple of options (cheaper fix but won't last as long; slightly more expensive fix that will last a fair bit longer). I appreciated getting a couple of options and for the fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service. I highly recommend Advantage Garage Doors!

Second time we have used this company. Spring broke on our double garage door. Had availability for same day repair but we chose the next day. Service person was friendly even though he had to go back to get a special order part. Job was completed professionally. Will use again.

I called to help fix my garage door, the technician was friendly and very helpful. Fixed it up but also told me why it was broken and that it was time to replace the door. He waived the repair fee because I booked in to replace so I had a functioning door over the weekend before another tech came to do the replacement. That tech was friendly and nice and did a stand up job. I felt like the price was fair and they got it done in a reasonable time frame.

Team was on site so quickly and completed the work to a high professional standard. Answered all questions I had about the repair and possible door replacement. Very knowledgeable

Fast, efficient response followed by great service from Alex! Had a spring snap (1 of 4) late Friday night, sent online request and had a response when I woke up Saturday morning. Alex carried variety of replacements with him, so new springs were available immediately and installed quickly. He ensured all was working properly, made minor adjustments to sensors, etc and all is great! Definitely recommend Advantage Garage Doors and technician Alex!

Prompt, professional. Came quickly, and in addition to the cable replacement, also did some additional goodwill work like lubrication and bolt tightening. Showed how some parts still had some life and what to keep an eye on. Would use them again.

My door self destructed on Tuesday morning after one spring broke and the door tried over and over to open till we managed to stop it. The door was a write off. The good news was Advantage came over that afternoon and said we could have a door tomorrow without windows or with windows a day later. The price seemed fine and Alex came on Thursday with the new door and worked very hard for maybe three hours and the new door was in place. The door was quiet and the mouldings looked way better than the last door. Alex was very professional, friendly and diligent with advice on how to keep the door working like new for years to come.
